The problem is you can't reach them and on their site the captcha doesn't work at all so ur msg won't pass through and no other way of cantact

I’ve shopped with these a few times and they were ok but my latest order of over £100 never arrived and the company never helped. Luckily PayPal sorted things after I made a complaint i won’t be shopping here again.

Brilliant company! Ordered from this website twice now and both times great service. My nan suffers with her back, and uses a very particular gel that is only available in Greece. Pharmeden is the only company that sells this at a reasonable price to the UK and delivery is good price too. Thanks!

Do yourself a favour and don’t order from this company. I’ve been waiting for my order for a long time now and they ended up sending it to the wrong address, they made the error and sent it to the wrong postcode! They keep telling me they’re going to send it to the correct address but the order hasn’t moved! Not happy at all, they won’t even give me a refund! Absolutely ridiculous! They don’t even deserve 1 star! Don’t waste your time !

Bad experience with delivery company Aramex.
They don’t explain the customer that you have to pay duties in your country…. Never again.

Pharmeden was the only site offering the product I wanted that would ship to Australia. I Ordered on the 1st of February and Aramex was listed as the courier. I received the parcel by Fedex on the 12th of February, that's pretty fast for Greece to Australia. Happy with the communication and tracking messages. Nicely Done!

I ordered local Greek medicine on 20. October 2023 which was orderly delivered to Germany on 8. November 2023. Detailed shipment information was provided enabling country location whilst in transport. Goods were received as ordered in good condition. I consider 3 weeks delivery time to be ok.

I don't recommend it, I placed an order on November 17 and until today I haven't received any update. I tried to write to them but no one answers the e-mail or the message on Facebook. I still don't have a tracking number for my order yet, even though it was supposed to arrive today.

Unprofessional ,inefficient entity.
After sending many emails to them,trying to locate the whereabouts of my order,they sent me a wrong link and number to track it.

The products came well packaged and in excellent conditions. The customer service representatives replied very quickly with thorough answers. However, my shopping experience with Aramex was meh.

Ordered on the 18/03/2023 and still have not received confirmation on email or a tracking update and it’s been 10 days. Tried to email them directly and have not received a response.

I made my order on 2/7 and shipped out 2/14. Received on 3/2. This is legit website. Just hope the customer service can reply email quickly. Thank you.

So pleased I ordered my baby bottles from Pharmeden! I had never ordered with them before and because they are an overseas company I paid using PayPal just incase. However they couldn't have been easier to order from and quicker to deliver. Within 7 days I had my order to the UK. It arrived packaged very safely and with some cute little freebies to try too! I had emails every step of the way and tracking from start to finish. The process couldn't have been any easier and was stress free as well. 100% recommend and will order again from them.
