This was my first order with Pharmeden…
This was my first order with Pharmeden and I am very happy with the service. My products arrived after 6 days and were very well packaged and great value for money and low postage costs. I love many Greek beauty products and buy them while on holiday but I am pleased to have found this company as I can now order throughout the year Highly recommended.

Refund only after I prompt them.
FACT; Full payment wasn't clear when I paid but realised the issue when more money was claimed from my paypal.
Paypal acknowledged this and pay me the difference back
Pharmeden didn;t engage for 17 days despite the fact that they have been paid in full for the good and the original delivery charges. They didn't try to resolve nor sent the goods. They sent a blant email and refund the money after 17 days !!!
In my Books this is BAD business & BAD practise

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Before payment all the shipping costs are displayed on your basket screen and it is clear.
Also when you pay on Paypal again the total cost is displayed. We do not charge anything hidden.
You send an email to us and immediately made a claim on Paypal. Your claim was only for the delivery cost. WE refunded the delivery cost ASAP thus closing the claim. We tried to refund the whole cost of your order because we cannot send it for free but we could not. We sent an email to Paypal to refund the total cost of your order but we could not do it on the same day the claim was closed.

Great products, excellent prices.
I have used this company on several occasions to top up on products I buy in Greece but run low between visits. Prices are excellent and delivery charge is very reasonable. Packages arrive within a week, securely wrapped. Just about to send for more brilliant Korres lip and eye pencils which are unavailable in the UK.

Your local Greek pharmacy!
Bought some Greek soaps and shampoo. All well established brands (Apivita, Korres), but not all products readily available in UK.
Parcel arrived within a week, post and packaging cost was very reasonable, and I enjoyed seeing the Greek stamps affixed to it, which suggested to me that the company is a small business, and the parcels are packed and posted with care, by hand.
Intrigued as I was to know more (as I love Greece, but haven't visited for over 10 years), I went online, and discovered from the info on the side of the box, that the items I ordered came from a small pharmacy shop, located in a lovely little town on the coast of mainland Greece.
The goods were well packed, and all items were fresh stock. Based on my own experience, I would say you could buy with confidence from Pharmeden, as I got great service.
It's lovely to know that you can easily buy from overseas small businesses like this one via the internet, nowadays.
I long to return to this magical country. Meanwhile, many thanks to all at Pharmeden!

Very competitive prices and prompt delivery
I've used this company on a number of occasions for a night cream I use. Really cheap, packed well and prompt delivery with plenty of free samples included.
