Everything I ordered arrived in very good condition and was cut to the correct size. It arrived when Wayne said that it would. I was very grateful that the delivery man even carried the wood up to the top floor of the building. I would highly recommend Pinecut4you, the service was excellent.

I shouldn’t be surprised that they simply do what they say, but it was a very nice surprise that they’re a proper service-conscious business. I just found them by googling so I was worried they might be rubbish, but no. They’re great. Easy to order, and in less than 2 weeks the wood arrives, it’s decent wood, not horribly knotted or discoloured or anything, not warped or twisted, and all accurately cut and planed. Even better, they made a small mistake with my delivery, I called next morning and they fixed it and brought the missing planks round by lunchtime, very apologetic even though it was no big deal for me. That’s good customer service and they obviously appreciate your business and do their best. I was very relieved and very happy. I’m going to do a second similar job now partly because I now know there’s no risk.

Great communication and after speaking to Wayne they were able to supply our table with one square end and the other end with rounded corners so it fitted our motorhome and much better quality than the original table.

Very happy with the service I received from Pinecut4you. They cut the wood to the perfect size and it arrived quickly and was wrapped very well. Today the joiner fitted it and it looks really good. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered timber after 4pm Thursday, received a text on Friday to say timber cut and asked if they could deliver between 7:30 and 8:30 o. Saturday morning. Timber arrived at 7:30 in perfect protective packaging. Very impressive fast service and the timber is exactly as ordered.

Product came and was just as expected. Beautiful wood cut to size. The only reason I have 3 stars is because I never got an eta on the order and had to call up to see when it was coming. I initially was worried it was a fake company but my order did come within 2 weeks and the company is legit.

Very helpful, great products. I confirmed a few details very quickly over the phone and got a lot of help. The parts arrived in a week or two and were all very accurate and just as described.
