Ping Customer Service for my New Bag.
I recently purchased a new Ping Bag.While out on the course it started to rain. I pulled out the rain cover Ping provided with the bag. I discovered one of the fasteners that should have been attached to the bag was missing. I called Ping and spoke to NickB. He requested a couple photos of the problem area and the ID tag attached to the bag. Upon receipt of the photos, Nick initiated a new bag replacement order. That’s Customer Service over and above anything I imagined. In addition, Nick is a wonderful person to work with if you ever have a concern. It’s my experience that Ping is a leader in Equipment Quality, and Customer Service.
Brilliant customer service
Returned two year old 3 and 7 wood G410s that had gone rusty, even though I never leave the hardcovers on. They cleaned the 7 wood and replaced the 3 wood. I cannot fault their customer service.
Ping golf bag
I bought a Ping golf bag and after the first year the bag has faded. Everyone thinks the bag is very old. Everything on the bag zippers and pockets are in great shape. The bag just looks like it’s been around a long time. Perhaps Ping shouldn’t sell brightly colored bags in the Southwest as the UV light discolores the bag.

Customer Service you expect and more. Unfortunately one of the weights has dropped out from my i20's which I got from Ping 15 years ago, today I went to their UK Factory and it was replaced for me in 20 mins. Not many companies would still be helping people 15 years later. Big Thank You and I'll be sticking with Ping products in the future.
Really poor experience with the returns…
Really poor experience with the returns team. I bought a Ping golf bag off the American golf website and it has a damaged zipper which needs to be repaired. Both American golf and Ping are refusing to do the work or refund the item. In future i will be avoiding both Ping and American Golf and using Halpenny instead. Awful customer service experience

Purchased a set of ping i210 irons along with G400 3, 5, rescue 4, and driver from retail ping dealer in 2020.
This crack in the face happened to my 3w last week. Not abused just normal use from a 90mph driver swing speed 9 handicaper.
I was told by ping cs rep, “that nothing is indestructible”, sorry but we can’t help you.
BTW, I registered every ping club I purchased at that time on their website. CS rep said that was only for club specifications on their end and the customer’s own personal records. Basically a waste of customer time.

Paid extra to have it shipped in a week, 2 weeks & still don’t have tracking on the item. Trying to talk to support & they are off for the entire month of February for Chinese New Year, so I can get no response at all.

I made one phone call to Ping Customer service, and i explained the issue i was having (the shaft was loosening from the hozel). They emailed a fed ex label and I shipped them back, and within 1 week I was playing with them again. They did a fantastic job and they all looked brand new. I bought them about 2 years ago.

Emailed Ping about my golf bag fading so quickly and they said they would replace it when I sent picture of it with side pocket cut out.
Had a golf tournament so had to wait a few days before I was ready to do that.
Emailed 3 times telling them i was ready to cut and send picture and just wanted them to confirm everything was still good and never could get a response
Poor Warranty
Bought a Ping G425 driver. Had it for 10 months with minimal use. Standing on the tee box one day, leaning on the driver and the shaft snap in half ( only weight 160 lbs.) Called Ping customer service and was honest about how it happened. They said it was not a warranty issue. Wow, been a loyal Ping user over the years…no more.

Long time Ping customer. Weight on rear of my G425 driver broke off. Took club into my retailer (Modern Golf). Two weeks later receiver a new G425 from Ping. What more could you ask for. Great to see a company stand behind their product. Thanks Ping and Modern Golf.
Ping Canada customer service = absolutely awful
Ping USA customer service = Great. Ping Canada customer service = absolutely awful. I have my almost brand new g425 driver head break on me and my experience dealing with CS representatives from Ping Canada were borderline terrible. They offered me no help, acted like I was wasting their time, and left me out to dry. I expected at least a similar CS experience to the ones you get from other top golf brands like TM, but nope. Just understand if you buy a Ping product, you’re on your own if it breaks. Almost as if their warranty is fake.
Faulty Ladies G2 Pitching Wedge - Head came flying off
Having splashed out on a new set of Ladies Ping G2 irons ( first time using Ping), I was absolutely horrified when the head of my Pitching Wedge came flying off during a competition about 2 months after purchase. I had purchased the irons through my Club Pro shop so returned the club to them at the end of my round and the club was then returned to Ping for repair. Subsequent liaison with the Ping Customer Service Team has left me even more frustrated. Still waiting on a reply from a written complaint and on checking to see what stage my repair was at was told by Simon, Complaints Supervisor that as per their Customer Policy he could not speak to me and provide an update until he got approval from their customer ( ie the Pro Shop ) to do so!. Simon did get back to me after getting the required approval and told me the club was ready to leave their factory after repair. Needless to say this is the first and last time I will be purchasing anything "Ping".

Bought g425 driver ten months and weight snapped off ,i brought club back to shop and at the moment i have been waiting 5 weeks for a replacement head.
The shop owner was terrific. All it needs is a screw and weight. All they have to do is tell shop give him a new driver head and we will credit you for it.

It's the poorest service I've ever received and I bought my last Ping set. It's crazy that you can not exchange a golf club within the warranty period, despite the fact that i have only played with it and not used it for anythink else. Bad company, do not buy such a crap.

I have been playing golf for a very long time since the age of 5 and I have to say this company is the worst in the history of Golf can't even get orders correctly dispatched to customers. I recently got custom fitted a year and half ago by American Golf in the UK. For PING G410 Irons and PING g410 drivers/ fairway woods. PING Europe took 4 months to deliver the clubs to me and when they arrived instead of left handed they sent me right handed. Then they got the hyrbid shaft wrong instead of Stiff they sent me Regular. Recent my PING 410 shaft snapped so you repaired and sent it back but I had lost interest in it so I told American Golf to trade it in for a PING G425 i waited 6 weeks for the driver and Recieved it today when I went to american golf to collect it suprise suprise they sent it in right-hand again? Awful company that you can't even build and send a club properly. 5 years olds dont make this mistake could do a better job how hard is it to read a custom club build order and put it togther properly and send it out. Do you not have an QA checks or standards? your sending out orders before checking it awesome standards of qaulity control I see. Have now had to send the club back again. Can you just hurry up and pull your fingers out and send it me so I can swap it from a Prop brand liek TaylorMade or Titieslest what absolute joke no wonder hardly anyone uses your items on the PGA tour.
