Swapping to Planet Numbers
I don't usually respond to cold calls but was fed up with the rising costs of our old 0800 number provider, so the sales person rang at the right time to catch me in a listening mood.
They did everything they said they would.
We've kept our old number and the swap went very smoothly.
Now our bills are lower. What more could we ask for?

Fast, easy and all round excellent service!
The service is easy to self-manage! After our personal welcome recordings had been created everything was set up within a matter of minutes. We would highly recommend Plant Numbers :)

Crystal Clear Everytime
I've used Planet Numbers for years calling family overseas, having no pin to remember and an easy top-up system means I will always use this company.
When I am speaking to others the line is so clear, I've tried internet calling which doesn't work well enough, and will cut out frequently.

Awful for non-business users
Seems too good to be true, and unless you are a business it is. You will get charged an access charge (e.g. 45p per minute for O2 customers) on top of the charge from planet numbers. This is not made clear enough in my opinion as you have to search for this information. Very, very poor.

I understand that you left this review before any of our customer service staff had the opportunity to assist you, which is a shame because I’m sure we could have done something to prevent this 1 star review.
Having looked at your international calling account, I can see that you didn’t add any funds to it, or dial the correct access number: You called an 084 access number, which can be expensive to call from a mobile.
It appears you experienced some confusion over the two services, dialled the wrong access number, and as a result experienced a higher call charge than expected.
With your feedback, we’ll be able to make changes to the website to prevent other people having similar issues.
I’d really like to discuss this over the phone and help you make the cheap calls you were expecting. As a gesture of goodwill, I'd like to offer you some free calling credit to get you started. Could you please give me a call (free, on 08000 886 886) so I can resolve this and have a happy customer?

Trouble Free Smooth Service
Having been a user of Planet Numbers for some time now I can convey that they not only provide an easy to use back office but the facilities make dealing with my calls run smoothly and free of glitches, and as for the price I doubt I could find better for such service.
