I will be very honest!!! I’m have returned their product almost 2 months ago and have not received a refund! This is poor business practice! I will never shop here again!! This is terrible!! No customer service number just a I bot generated email!! Really!!

I bought 3 Spacebuddys as Christmas gifts. 1 of them the stars stopped working in a few days. They made me record a video showing it not working, then sent me a replacement. It’s been 2 weeks & now the same thing again. Also, another one now doesn’t turn on or work at all. Complete crap quality & now a total waste of money

GREAT PRODUCT to throw away. Ordered the Space Buddy Toy from Pleshy. Received on time but product does not work. It is cheaply made, the head held on by magnets. Toy is cool and wanted it to work but does not stay light. Requested a refund.
If this review has more than one star, this platform TP has changed it, which I have seen TP do on another site with a poor product. I will venture to say that all of these reviews are negatory but have been revised to show only a few thus giving a false review

Ordered beginning of December with a guarantee delivery by Christmas. Did not arrive. Tracking shows it's in China somewhere, which i would never of bought if I would of known. Back and fourth through emails, and now January 2 they say it can't be delivered and I have to call their shipper to figure it out. Wtf. So here we are. Dispute charge, reporting their face book as I feel it's a scheme, bbb dispute, and I'm going to keep on looking for more social media to review on

Cheap plastic units. Long delivery time and 1 of 3 units received were faulty and needed to be returned to the USA! (from UK).

So don't bother paying a premium for "Pleshy" as I've now realised all these "spaceman" lights are probably the same as the Temu ones, and these Pleshy ones are just massively overpriced!

This item ships from China. Was guaranteed by 12/25 but its 12/26 and its still sitting in another state.

I wish I had read the reviews before trusting them with my money and holiday gift-giving. Buyer beware.

It’s a scam. Ordered this from website and it says in transit when tracking but never came. No customer service either to call. It’s been 2 weeks and heard nothing. Do not buy anything it’s all a scam

I bought 3 of these at once. 2 out of the three had the star projector completely broken when I opened them. The nebula works fine, but the stars will not work no matter what I've tried to do. I spent over $100 and this is the worst product I've ever spent my money on. I planned on gifting 2 to my family, and I can't even do that because they are broken. Do not buy!! No matter how cool the pictures or advertising does, they are worthless. Huge let down!

Nice marketing. Make it sound like a nice US startup. However, no customer support, the order took 8days to ship and it ships directly from a Chinese warehouse. I haven’t gotten the product yet so I can’t comment on the quality but feel strongly that they are misleading people with their ad campaign.

Both my kids and I love this projector. It's fun for the whole family.

Happy to say my experience was completely different to many here. I placed an order the week before Xmas 17/12, and to be honest with my mail service being what it is even usually, and the Xmas delays, felt it was highly unlikely to arrive in time for Xmas, but at the time of ordering I also did not know it was coming from overseas.

I contacted Pleshy when there was still no sign of it on the 24/12 and I could not see any updates to the shipping details, and they immediately gave me a 30% refund as a "gesture of goodwill" and exchanged multiple emails with me from an actual human, not automated responses, even on Xmas day, giving me information on where my order currently was, which for the record, was that it had arrived in the UK days earlier and was being held by the courier EVRI, so not actually the fault of Pleshy, the sender, at all.

My order then arrived on the 27/12, but arrived slightly damaged, and I contacted Pleshy again, and sent them photos, and they replied the next day and immediately agreed to ship a replacement order to me at no additional cost, which was shipped the next day and arrived the following week.

I had never heard of Pleshy so was a bit wary of ordering and more so when my order was slightly delayed and arrived damaged, but to their credit they dealt with these issues immediately and a lot better than many other much bigger and better known companies I have dealt with.

I did not have to argue with them about anything, they fully accepted responsibility for everything, even when issues were not caused by them, EVRI keeping my order for example, and they happily sent me a replacement with no costs whatsoever to me. The product I ordered was as advertised, so as far as that and customer services go, I'm not sure really what more you could ask for. My only note would be that the products could probably do with additional packaging, given that they usually have a significant journey to make and the couriers here are also not the best.

I was skeptical at first, but the delivery was quick for international shipping and the product itself is great.

This is a terrible site that cheaply sends junk products and then does everything to refuse a refund or replacement. Their customer service team is designed to make you jump through so many layers that you just give up and take the ripe off. NEVER do business with this company, buyers be very aware!!!!!

Product was never delivered, tracking was just fake as so many reviews. Support didn’t answer at all.

Although the product works as described, the packaging is less than adequate. It is a miracle that the product arrived in one piece as the boxes for both projectors were totally smashed up. Total disregard for customer satisfaction.

Box was beat up on arrival and it is a bit loud but other than that no problems. People are saying the light doesn't look like the picture and they probably had 2 or 3 lights on in the video the make it look like that. I'm happy tho better than getting ripped off and scammed.

Company is fraudulent all around. Ordered a spaceman after seeing an instagram ad with fake reviews and it was gtd by christmas. arrived 10 days after. Company tried to strong arm me into keeping with discounts, i said no. I returned and have receipt confirmation from USPS yet they are claiming they never received.

I ordered the spaceman and it arrived just before Christmas but by new year the 'stars' weren't quite as bright as they first were. I messaged the company and they have sent a replacement which I am very happy with. Really good customer service.
