Scam! Phone number doesn't even exist

Disgusting service. Ordered a pleshy product that failed to turn up due to damage apparently. Their website says it’s been disposed of and customer service fail to address the matter following 10 emails. Do not use!!!

I received my item in a dented box and it was missing both instructions and the power cable. So it is completely inoperable. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and found the customer service is appalling, they do not read what is written and do not take any notice. I have had zero success in arranging to return this useless product or get a refund of my £48. I feel like I have been robbed. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed I would not recommend this organisation to my worst enemy, please beware and do not make my mistake they have very slick advertising and marketing masking a very poor operation and product.

I have received the order pretty quickly. The space buddy is very cute. However the lights are rubbish. The middle one which looks like "aurora" lights are very small, not like its shown in the video.
The green stars are great. They cover the whole room and half side walls.

Pleshy is a SCAM! Never received my order for two astrodolls and they have not responded to my 10+ emails and 5 Facebook private messages. I have been sending emails to their support email every day with no response. They have no shipper/carrier company info in the tracking as if there is no actual shipping company to contact.

Ordered two space lights last fall for Christmas, never received them. Wrote to the company, they gave me a bunch of bs about maybe the complex office has it (we live in a house) or another family member received it (there are two of us, I asked the other one, nope). No refund, just a scam.

I would give it a ZERO STARS if I could. A big SCAM and rip off. I bought two things at Xmas for over $105.00 and I never received anything. They ignore my emails and I haven’t gotten a refund!!😡😡😡

I ordered a space buddy for my son (7), I paid using "afterpay" space buddy arrived 5 weeks after and me and my son love it.... so far so good.

HOWEVER.....

Stay away from ads offering you cancelled customer orders by the pallet for cheap from Amazon ( from China)

These fraudsters need to be strung up by the balls. But no issues with pleshy to date.

I’d give Zero stars. I ordered the space buddy as a Christmas gift. The item worked for under 24 hours. I emailed back and forth, they wanted pics, video to finally tell me they won’t replace it.
It was a gift to a 21 year old. It literally burnt out within hours and they refuse to replace it

This has scam all over it. Waiting now for 6 weeks and nothing has come. The tracking number doesn’t connect to anything and when I requested a refund they gave me half back. I’m now reporting the charge to my card as fraudulent since I haven’t gotten my full refund or the items I paid for

Ordered from the company once, order went through fine. Decided to order again through PayPal the second time, order went through but only some of the things I ordered were shipped. While waiting for my remaining items to ship, I suddenly got an email stating I was receiving a refund for the part of my order that hadn’t shipped. Ok, that’s fine. But then I see an additional WITHDRAWAL/CHARGE on my bank account for the exact amount that I’m supposed to be getting refunded. So when the refund goes through I actually won’t receive any money because the company charged me again without my consent. So now I have to get into legalities with my bank and if my bank can’t fix it I’m going to have to go to court and file a lawsuit or a claim. What a headache!!

Ordered Item on 11/20 using paypal. Arrived 12/14. I emailed customer service and they sent a link to the tracking # within 24 hours. Since it was coming out of China it was not USPS or Fedex tracking. No issues really, exactly if not better than what you would be expecting buying this type of stuff directly from China.

Order was placed 2+ weeks ago, received an email today stating my order won't be shipped as they have experienced high than normal sales. Apparently I'll be getting a return, will have to wait and see

Scam website, not an actual company even! Please don’t spend any money here, you will never receive an order as it has no where to come from. No actual contact for the company and the address they list doesn’t actually exist. I am contacting my
Bank to get the charge reversed.
