Love the projector, and it works as described although the remote isn’t fine tuned so it doesn’t work optimally. I ordered 2. They came poorly packed and one of the product boxes was completely broken to the point it just fell apart. But the customer service is really good! Both fast and professional, so in general I’m very happy considering the price. Although I do hope they improve the packaging

This is a worthless product.It was in a thin box so it rolled around and had no protection on its way to me.It wouldn't turn on when I got it and never did.......shocker.

I ordered the Pleshy Space Buddy on January 9, 2024 and the next day I received an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking that it is being shipped from China. By January 17, I received the package. I ordered the bundle of two (Black Spacebuddy and White Spacebuddy) because of a promo and shipping was free. Right away I unboxed the black space buddy and I set it up in my bedroom. The astronaut projector looked charming and well made. I was more impressed when I turned it on. Bright Vivid colored Stars and a nebula filled my entire room, even the floor. What I love about it is the head of the astronaut (where the projector is) can be rotated to aim the nebula and stars at the desired wall or ceiling. It came with a remote control and a brief manual that clearly explains how to adjust the settings (brightness, speed and color of the nebula) that you desire. I set-up the white space buddy in my living room. I am satisfied with this purchase.

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as some people did have positive experiences buying from them.

My space buddy was faulty and wasn't working properly. So hard to get through to them to return it. Contacted through email and instagram, both times they just give you automated responses. Not helpful. Not impressed, a complete waste of money thank god it was 50% off. I'll buy the same thing from aliexpress for £8 rather than £40.

You’re ordering from a company in China. The package originated from that country and was poorly packaged. If you’re planning on gifting this item, forget it. It is cheaply made, cheaply packed, overpriced pos lamp. You will not get your full money back if you decide to return this junk. Skip it!

Ordered this when I saw the advert and it arrived promptly, the box was damaged and looked ripped, I emailed them about this and they replied to apologise and did nothing about it, I then went to wrap the gift for Christmas and I decided to open the box to check if everything was fine, the product looked good but the power cable was missing, emailed again no response till a week after Christmas(gift couldn't be given which spoiled the surprise.... email stated that I could have 20% back to buy my own cable.... when in reality they should have been sending me a cable... I agreed to the 20% another few days passed no sign of the 20% refund.... I chased... nothing back... waited another week and requested a full refund from the website which was told to have been processed and would come.l back to me...I am still waiting and have chased twice more....

Huge scam... and if its not a scam... they must be so busy with all the requests that they just can't keep up....

I never got my purchase and no one responding on messages and emails. When I googled the company I was sure it’s a scam!

I ordered the Space Buddy before reading the reviews here, so when I did I was totally worried I got scammed.
Today my order arrived, the packege could be a bit better wrapped, but the Space Buddy is awesome. The plastic doesn't feel cheap, the manual is short but a good description. The lamp does exactly what it should do, and brightness / colourmode / rotationspeed / stars OnOff is easily controlled with the remote.
I don't know where those other reviews got scammed so hard, but I can not confirm this.

This is the Chinese product, not the "better, original" version they claim in their ads. This is just a scam to sell a cheap product at higher prices.

Ordered 2 Pleshy Spacemen before Xmas for my kids, both arrived within an acceptable time frame, no problems there. Felt safe because apparently these are the real thing and the price suggests quality, however, the lights are not great. They are far too bright and the kids cannot sleep with them on. And when I walk into their rooms or move whilst tucking them in, the laser is blinding to my eyes. Waste of money, wish I hadn’t bothered.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase from this company. I bought two of these as Christmas gifts, both arrived broken as they were mailed in a plastic bag. It took a month of communication and the best they could do was a 40% refund. I had to upload a video of the damaged and non-working astronauts.They sent replies to all my e-mails with a list of all the reasons why returning it was not the best option (it could take several weeks, or the inspection team might decide against a refund, etc) I would have also had to pay return shipping and tracking as they would not provide me with a return label. It was obvious they had no intention of accepting a return. I agreed (begrudgingly) to a 50% refund to which they promptly only returned $40.Total and complete scam. This company does not stand behind their products and relies on aggravating you to the point you simply give up. If anyone would like proof, I'd be happy to share the insane amount of e-mails back and forth. Just hoping to save someone the headache and money.

So I ordered a Spacebuddy a couple of weeks back. I then read reviews stating this was a scam, ooops.

But it arrived today, all intact and in perfect working order…I’ve got it on just now. It is fantastic.

Robot light missing an arm! This company is a total scam. The item came with the robot missing an arm. The remote does not work well. The light is not as bright as they describe. It looked like they sent me a second hand discarded product from a dollar store.
They make it really difficult to get a refund. This was meant to be my 7 yr olds christmas present. Imagine the disappointment my child and I felt seeing that this was the gift - a robot light missing an arm! The overall quality is so bad, I got scammed into paying $81 thinking it was a high quality product as they say in their ads. I'm so disappointed. This company is an absolute scam.

Order 2 star projectors back on November 25th, 2023. Was promised delivery by Christmas. NO word for 2-3 weeks. I sent email to their 'Customer Service'. They responded to me with an apology, AND a tracking number. It's now January 1st, 2024. STILL no products. Tracking number hasn't been updated in 3 weeks. Now, wondering if it's a fake number. I wrote to Pleshy again a week ago, and told them I was reversing charges for failed delivery. They assured be the items were on the their way and asked that I be patient. That was a week ago. I am losing hope. Looks like others have had similar experiences.

I ordered two of these Spacebuddys for my grandchildren for Christmas. They took around 3 weeks to receive. I then realized they were shipped from overseas. Not in any type of protective packaging, the boxes with no padding were shipped in a bag. Not even a padded bag. The boxes were really damaged. I was very surprised when of them actually worked. But not both. So my grandson has a fully functioning item but my poor granddaughter does not. Pleshy made me make a video to send to them. I emailed the video, then they stated it does not support my statement. HOW do you do a video showing something does not have all the functionality it's supposed to. So now they say if I want to ship it back at my expense they will review and then make a suggestion. They can send me a prepaid label and I will gladly send it back. I sent the video, I've done what they've asked but they will not replace or reimburse me. I do not recommend purchasing.

Goodness, the reviews on here make me think I am extremely lucky! Although I know there are many knockoffs out there claiming to be the original..
I received my order within a week and a half of ordering and it is perfect!! The box was slightly dented but the product itself is top notch! Really bright colours and the stars cover the entire room..honestly mesmorising.
Everything stated in the ad was included, tracking details and updates were superb. I cannot wait to see the look on my husbands face when he opens it! His jaw will drop like mine did when I tested it!

I ordered on the 17th of December while the website states “Guaranteed before Christmas” it was not even in my city until the 27th. The shipping tracking says it’s at the post office, but not which post office, for pickup. I emailed and they replied they have no pickup in tact and say they are working on the issue. I paid full price, instead of buying Amazons, to get as a present. I don’t know if I’ll get it or my money back. There is no phone number and the email reply’s are obviously templates.
I do not recommend this company.

Pleshy took my money for an order and haven't sent it out. Total scam. I've messaged them and no replies and facebook checked the messenger but didnt reply.

They never sent a confirmation email and it's now saying ive never placed an order. I had checked the trust pilot and a week ago was showing as a good site so there must be more than one.

My two young kids now won't receive this gift unless they get back in touch.

I echo Jake words below. Same thing happened to me. Item was delivered in a flimsy bag all the way from America. Completely battered box and item faulty. They offered me 15% refund.They fail to reply to your emails.
