I came to look at sofas.
Sarah was informative, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. She had patience whilst showing me all the options.
I consider her to be a professional sales advisor.

I should have done this ages ago but Christmas got in the way and then I just forgot. Steve and Tom delivered my new sofa and chair on 28 November and then delivered another chair on 19 December. Both times they were very professional and friendly, respecting my property and making sure they didn’t trail any mud into the house. They also took away my old suite and if I remember correctly they disposed of all the rubbish too. They let me know what time they would arriving and kept me updated by phone. Great guys.

Today Graeme and Jo fitted my lounge carpet, I can't thank them enough for their service, friendly and courteous, Highly recommend them. I'm thrilled with the result, thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Graeme and Paul with another of their colleague did the carpet upstairs in 3 rooms. Brilliant service and finishing ..they moved all furniture and put it back they way it was meant to .. carpet looks amazing and gives a fresh look..thank you

Steve and Mo delivered my new settee today. Excellent service, moved another settee for me prior to putting my new one in situ. Took great care not to damage any paintwork or fittings. Wish all delivery drivers were as polite and courteous.

Caroline was so helpful and patient when we were deciding which dining room set would be best for us . She gave us measurements and explained about the extension size of the table and even advise about the chairs . Thank you for your help ! We can’t wait for our new table to be delivered x

Marino and Craig delivered our garden furniture. They were on time, polite, friendly and put the furniture exactly where I wanted it in the garden.

Another great experience with the Ponsford carpet fitters Graeme and Will. After my last carpet fitting in the hall and lounge, I booked them again to do my two bedrooms with the same brand of carpet and again it was fitted to perfection. Only one more room to go before I've replaced all the rubbish the builders put down in my new build bungalow and guess where I'm going for that!

Marino and Rob delivered our huge sofas, rugs and tables today.
Really friendly guys - a pleasure to interact with.
They phoned before arrival. Were exactly on time. Clarified several times the configuration of the furniture. Even took the legs off the sofas so as not to damage any paintwork.
They gave me lots of advice too to prevent damage to the furniture and flooring.
They took all the packaging away.

My sofa was delivered today by Marino and Rob. They were very efficient and friendly. Very pleased with the sofa.

After refurbishing our home we were in need of some new furniture. We spent a lot of time in Ponsfords assessing the wide range of options. The range of choice is excellent and all the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. We initially bought a sofa after receiving a great deal of information and support from Mary and Carl. We are very happy with it.
Then we moved onto exploring tv consoles and sideboards and as a result spent a great deal of time with Jonathon. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he produced a number of designs for us to consider. We bought two low boards that have proved to perfectly meet our needs and now have a sideboard and new dining chairs on order. Jonathon guided us through all this activity and his patience and knowledge has been very much appreciated.

Great service
Both Jonathan and Bilal gave us great service when enquiring about and then ordering our furniture.
They made it an easy and pleasurable experience and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in using Ponsford again.
