Great experience!! Ordered on 4/24/25, I sent an email requesting how long would it take bring its in UK, I immediately received a response giving me an explanation of the entire process, great and accurate customer service! Love the wide selection of candies! I ordered some cookies as well and happy to say I received my order on 5/13/25 through UPS! Everything is fresh and delicious! I will definitely continue to shop with poppin candy! Once I finish my $113 dollar order of munchies!

I love Poppin Candy for its extensive selection of sweets, snacks, and drinks. We’re very conscious of purchasing only non-GMO, free of artificial flavours or dyes which are difficult to find in the US. Shipping is pricey, but well worth it for the products and variety offered.

Really kind owners, that actually reply to your messages! Small business but really good range of products & reasonable prices, highly recommend!

Always had nice products weather be crisps drinks or sweets always come packaged well and always arrive on time any refunds are always made if the items not in today I email a question in and got reply quite quickly all was resolved and the lady was lovely no issues ever thank you

Ordered from them several months ago and had been back and forth with customer service on where my order was. Kept getting auto replies before an actual person replied to my emails and they finally sent my order…
When it finally got here not only was it wrong, but it came with no sell by date on it.

I made a mistake with my address and they responded and corrected it immediately. Great customer service cannot wait to get my yummy package.

i love this company! i love the variety packs that they sell and i love how they have snacks from all over the world. i do wish that when you made big purchases ($100+) you could get a few free items. nothing crazy, maybe some stickers or some free candy. especially when you have returning customers, it could be a good way to build a connection with the customer. all that aside, i love this company and i think what they’re doing is so fresh and new. they have my support as long as they keep up the great work!

Non existent customer service

I have reached out to poppin candy several times, and been extremely patient to receive a reply as they do state they can get busy. Fair enough. I understand that. But it has been months now & heard absolutely nothing back.

So I’d say - take a gamble and order, the products were good. BUT. Should ANYTHING be wrong with your order, missing items, damaged items, missing parcel etc etc, be prepared to take the loss as their customer service is literally non existent.

My favorite place to shop for snacks, drinks and all those trending candies! My most recent purchase was a trio of mystery boxes. I chose the freeze dried candy, international and mystery boxes and was not disappointed! Great prices, cool products and excellent customer service makes Poppin Candy the company to buy from. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a while back and received mouldy Twinkies. I’ve heard a lot of people have had the same with this company and had a lot of issues. I also never received a refund for the items they didn’t send. Absolute scammers

I was a bit worried after placing my 300+ dollar order after looking at all the reviews here. I'm from The Netherlands and the order ( with 70 items in the box ) was delivered within 1 week. There were no issues, the customer support does respond and helps out. The import fees were not much at all and the candy / chocolate and drinks were perfect. No hard candy, nothing past the expire date. The package was sealed very well and it was an amazing experience.

All arrived well packaged etc. But the bubs are stale and it all tastes off tbh. Stale and not as nice as other places i have ordered the same candy from. Had high hopes, but disappointing.

Poor customer service, late delivery poor quality chocolate seemed old. Was suspicious when there was no best before date where it should have been! Never buying from this company again!

I had placed an order for lots of different types of gummie bears. The fizzy ones weren’t fizzy at all and the sour ones weren’t sour. It seems like your selling a product that isn’t what you describe it as which I think is totally wrong you wouldn’t sell a iPhone then give someone an umbrella! Second of all is the taste they tasted horrible especially for the price you are paying . You would expect better. Poppin candy is ridiculously expensive to the point of taking the piss. £4 for a pack of gummy bears. Not good. Very disappointed. Such a shame as I was looking forward to these.

I have ordered from Poppin Candy for the last few years. I ordered another batch last week and it went missing due to Royal Mail however Poppin candy provided a full replacement order within a couple of days. The products are and have always been impeccable however their customer service is absolutely amazing too. I will definitely be continuing to order their products in future.
