Popsocket are amazing! Genuinely their cases are affordable compared to other brands, protective, nice colours and I love the popsocket. Customer service is also 10/10

I agree. Their return conditions are too strict. And the customer service only replies once a day. I had to exchange 6 emails before I found out the item I got is not returnable. I still believe the item is defective. And the edge of the Popsocket started to peel after 3 days. What a scam. Total waste of money. Don’t buy.

My first ever order & it was expensive, I’ve just been delivered an empty envelope that looks like it’s been stood on.
I’m so disappointed with this.

Horrible initial experience with popsockets my order turned up as an empty envelope after paying almost £75.
I had to complain to popsockets on social media and leave comments on posts to get a response.
The lady I think she was called Zana fixed the issue for me by sending a repeat order, it’s taken a long time to arrive but it’s decent quality and I love the case.
2 stars overall because it wasn’t a nice experience but I did get my order eventually.

Similar to other reviews. Terrible experience with returning an item. I didn’t like the item I received (and purchased another with them- mistake). They take days to ‘review’ your returns request before they will send you an email explaining how to do it. You then have to pay out of pocket to ship it to the Netherlands. As a repeat customer to pop socket this has completely put me off. I won’t be returning. You shouldn’t be penalising your customers for changing their mind within the specified timeframe.

I am revising my review, as PopSockets have been in touch this afternoon and are refunding me for the phone case! Although, it has caused me stress, they did do the right thing in the end!
1* is too good for them!!!
I wish I had read the reviews first! They are scammers!!
I also had to return an item to Holland, which cost me £9.00.
6 weeks later, it has just been returned to me, as it had been refused at their offices! 🤬
I now have a useless phone case and am out of pocket by £54!

Heb op 27 december '24 een bestelling geplaatst 't.w.v 43 euro. Niks ontvangen, meerdere emails gestuurd, ik word compleet genegeerd door de klantenservice. Ook blijft de bestel status op hetzelfde staan ( In behandeling) Bestel hier niks, en anders via Klarna anders ben je je geld kwijt. Door een foutmelding de eerste keer is het niet gelukt via Klarna, daarom heb ik daarna direct betaald. Grootste fout, want nu ben ik opgelicht.

Good product, terrible customer service if you buy direct. Don’t bother. I bought an item I wanted to return it, you have to pay to return it to their office in the Netherlands which cost a lot of money, two months later the item got returned to me as the address either wasn’t valid or they hadn’t accepted it. I’ve now claimed a refund through my credit card company. If you do want to order from them go to Amazon, but Id choose one of the cheaper Chinese copies on Amazon they do the same thing. I think pop sockets have had their day

Ik had een popsocket besteld en heb deze nooit binnengekregen. Dikke oplichting. Je kunt ze ook niet contacteren, kortom bestel hier niet!!!

Prima service. Een magsafe cover en grip besteld op vrijdag 08 nov 2024. Nog geen week later, donderdag 14 nov 2024 is mijn bestelling bezorgt. Fijne updates gekregen over mijn bestelling via DHL en vanmiddag bezorgt. Heel blij mee en ik kan me niet vinden in de slechte reviews die eerder gegeven zijn.

No free return and the quality of items were so bad! The worst thing is that they didn’t refund me after 1 month that my item has been returned back to them! Never purchase here again

One more case of lost order, slow customer service and 3+ weeks of waiting. I should have checked reviews before I ordered. If you are here maybe you are checking right now. Don't bother ordering.

I’ve been trying to buy a popsocket for a week.
I registered my email, got sent a welcome discount code, and it doesn’t work. So I fill out the contact form and wait a few days - no answer. I do another customer service request, wait a couple of days, nothing. I’ve now written a third request because I keep getting emails saying “We can’t save your basket for much longer!”, but so far, nothing, another day after the third service request.
I guess I won’t be buying one then. It’s a shame, because if they were good I would have liked a few different ones, but I can’t exactly buy from a company that doesn’t seem to want to sell to me.

I'm the type of person who likes to check companies on Trustpilot and other avenues for reviews to make sure I'm buying from a reputable and reliable company, sadly I got so suckered into their MagSafe cases and cutesy halloween themed cases that I didn't do my due diligence beforehand. Before I knew it, I'd spend in excess of £50 on a new case and popsocket and it was only after the fact I saw firstly multiple Trustpilot accounts for PopSockets, and none of them were very good regarding their review which instantly filled me with regret and anticipating an ordeal.

I can honestly say that my experience has been pleasantly surprising, with some minor issues hence my 3 stars.

I contacted PopSockets customer services to express my concern regarding their reviews and requested my order be cancelled, I did receive an email back in approx 48 hours full of apologies and advising the order had already been dispatched and sadly can't be cancelled at this point, but if I refuse delivery and it's sent back, I'd get a full refund.

My delivery was received the following day but because Evri are morons (don't get me started) they pushed the parcel through my neighbours door and I didn't get the opportunity to refuse. Either way, I opened it and checked out the quality, very robust, the magnet for the PopSocket is f**king tremendous and the pattern is very cute. It fits well and feels and looks good so I'm very happy.

The negatives - My deliberation to return it or keep it was made based on the reviews I read. It seemed to me that the returns/refund process is where a lot of the issues arise so I chose to keep it to avoid the potential drama of the refund issue.

Secondly, I ordered the pink kawaii ghost case with the matching PopSocket, and the background colour of the case is so pale you can't really see the white ghosts very well. The background pink of the PopSocket is much more vibrant and 'pink' than pale and washed out so I'm sad about this.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, despite the fact the colour isn't as I'd expected and the reviews gave me an aneurysm. I don't believe I'd buy anything new from these.

Op 1 oktober een bestelling geplaatst. Deze is op 14 oktober niet binnen en is nog niet geleverd aan DHL. Ik heb 1 keer reactie gehad op mijn mail en ben daarna genegeerd. Ik raad aan niet van de officiële website van popsocket te bestellen. Met de popsockets ben ik altijd tevreden geweest, klantenservice niet. Ik hoop dat ik de spullen nog kan krijgen of mijn geld terug.

I recently purchased a MagSafe Popsocket wallet and received it on 26th September. Upon receiving the item, I decided to request a refund. I followed the process and sent two emails to the customer service team on 27th September, but to date, I have not received any acknowledgement or reply.

The lack of response from the company is extremely disappointing, and the customer service appears to be non-existent. This poor communication has left me feeling frustrated, and I am still without a solution for my refund.

I hope this review encourages the company to improve their communication and service standards.

Meer dan een maand geleden iets besteld, nooit verstuurd! Als je een mailtje wilt sturen komt er een foutmelding in beeld. Bestel hier niet, zijn oplichters!

Mijn bestelling niet gehad. Krijg geen mail met track en tracé, kwam er per ongeluk achter dat het verzonden was. Word vervolgens bij de buren afgeleverd terwijl ik thuis ben, ik ga langs mijn buren daar ligt mijn pakket niet. Contact gezocht maar geen reactie! Is de laatste keer dat ik er iets bestel...

Edit: Ze hebben contact met mij opgenomen (duurde even), maar ze hebben zicht verontschuldigd en de order opnieuw verstuurd. Dus van 1 ster na 4.

My item was delivered to a random address. I have contacted Pop Sockets and Evri. I have sent multiple emails to Pop Sockets and heard nothing back not even an acknowledgement. Evri have confirmed that the delivery went to the wrong place and that they messed it up but said they cannot issue a refund I need to contact the vendor. I have asked that they contact Pop Sockets as they're unresponsive. It's been 2 weeks and nothing! I would never buy from Pop Sockets again. I have previously ordered a mag safe mount and grip and was sent the wrong colour. They clearly can't figure out selling online well. It's very disappointing from a customer experience as it's not exactly cheap. Very disappointed.

I ordered White Iridescent — iPhone 14 Pro Max for MagSafe
White Iridescent / iPhone 14 Pro Max last 14 Aug. I had previous experience with the good quality of popsocket phone case and grip so I was looking forward to it. However within a month, the grip kept coming off the socket, resuliting in me dropping my brand new phone multiple times. Worst part was the socket fell apart within this period. Poor quality. I was asked via automated email to leave a review. I did. And my review never made it to the website! I got an email from customer service to open a ticket and send images. It took me ages since I thought I threw away my faulty item! I hope your quality of customer service is not as poor as this product. Having to drop my phone many times because of your socket stressed me out a lot!
After seeing my review, Popsocket customer service got in touch with me two months after and promised to replace what I ordered. I never got it and my review never got published.

Ordered various items from PopSockets in the UK without problems, until now (March/ April 2024).

I placed my order on 26th March and based on previous purchases my item was with me within 5 days. After a week with no delivery I check the tracking which just says my order has been shipped but there is no further information from Evri.

I contact customer service who state that my order is coming from the Netherlands and it should be sorted and scanned by Evri in the UK and tracking will update. It doesn't.

At 2 weeks, still with no delivery, I contact PopSockets again and ask what is happening and if they can cancel and refund my order. I am told that my order has been lost and they will issue a refund.

Great products, but something is going wrong somewhere down the line. Is it the courier? Is it PopSockets? I don't know. It's a shame and I am hoping that my refund is prompt.
