I have had the pleasure of building up a trusting and professional relationship with my agent, Zoe, at Positive Properties whilst trying to find my dream place! I cannot praise her efforts enough, she has gone above and beyond for me during the search and nothing has been too much of an ask for her, even with me being extremely difficult at times! I will definitely be recommending her in the future!

Ms. Nora is the best agent I had ever dealt with.
Perfect customer service.

Manmeet, I will say one of the very few sincere Real estate agents in Dubai.
I had a very smooth process, good negotiation with the landlord and he got me what I wanted. We met and in less than 10 - 20 min we finalized and I got my paperwork done.
Helpful throughout the process.

After an incidental meet up I truly believe Nora was brought into my life for a reason. I now have a beautiful apartment and an amazing landlord, which have changed my life. The whole process was seamless. All thanks to dependable, professional and thoughtful Nora.

Very negative experience! I should have backed out when Agent informed me of a AED 525 hidden fee! But, there's more! Only physically met the agent at Positive Properties office - 20 minutes away from the property.

Apartment initially appeared in decent condition, only needing cleaning. After signing and having DEWA on, it became apparent that the apartment was in bad shape (cracked walls, needed painting, broken bathroom flooring). When I reached out to Positive Properties agent, was told 'landlord says you could handover in the same condition'. Rude, unprofessional, discourteous and dishonest. The commission was paid for absolutly nothing. Very poor service. Very negative experience. Would NOT recommend.

Mrs Nora Abdukhafizova is very professional agent where she showed a high level of professionalism in dealing with both the landlord and tenant. She is a trustable person where she delivered all promises on time. I am strongly recommending her to deal with - excellent job and excellent follow up

Mrs. Nora did actually professional work, she's detect to her job wish passion, and she follow up even the small stuff to deliver a service beyond the expectations of her clients, due to my experience she handles a lot of issues with my old tenant and new one to close the deal, and she did her best to make everyone satisfy with the outcome. Good Job! and really pleasant experience.

There are very few agents I have come across who are professional and customer satisfaction oriented and one of them is Nora from Positive Properties. I am really happy with how she handled the process of renting my villa. I wish her good luck and will recommend her to people I know. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Rishan Korotta-Gamage was super helpful in finding the perfect villa rental for us. He worked tirelessly to find a property that was the perfect fit and went above and beyond to help complete the agreements.
Good Real estate agents are hard to find in Dubai but Rishan is a cut above the rest!

Very professional and trustworthy
An excellent guidance to select the right choice
