Can someone please help me. My parcel has been delivered elsewhere. I notified DPD immediately who told me i must contact you. You then told us to contact DPD. I have since informed you of their response to speak with yourselves directly and have heard nothing since. Can someone please resolve this for me.

Overall, a good experience.
Good competitive pricing, had the item I needed. Very responsive customer service. Even gave me a discount code for following them on instagram.
There was a small delay with the item, but they messaged me straight away and gave an explanation as to why. I appreciate companies that keep me updated if there is ever a delay.
I will be using them again for my electrical needs.
