Zero out of Five
If I could give zero I would. Quite honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It takes an hour to get through and then they tell you they will call back and don’t bother. Staff have an attitude on the phone and are not nice to talk to. Over a week without a phone or broadband and it’s still not resolved. Absolutely shocking. Avoid!

Absolutely brilliant
I had a chat with Chloe on Tuesday 17 March. I had arranged to transfer my mobile phone service, but my provider's PAC code didn't work and they promptly halved the amount of Premiere's deal. Now. Chloe was absolutely professional about it, and understood it was purely business and not anything personal. Any savings made in this day and age are always worth having. However, I also reassured her that I would be keeping my Broadband service when I move, for which she was genuinely grateful. (Who wouldn't want to speak and have a laugh with these wonderful ladies?!)So yes, impeccably professional service as always and the same warmth, humour and enjoyable conversation. Absolutely brilliant.

keep getting telephone calls
keep getting telephone calls saying I haven't paid my bill I have already discussed with a member of staff who was very helpful about direct debit and when my next one will be paid don't know if the people calling are genuine premier talk staff or not please be aware incase of scam

I was charged double the amount on my last bill. When I rang to get clarification I was told this would be corrected but when I received the notification of my latest direct debit the fees have now gone even higher and I pay more than £220 per month now. Probably time to switch supplier.

I’m pretty sure somewhere down the line, they have overcharged me do not trust them scammers even tried to overcharge me on my early termination charges 😢 also they, like taking lumps of money at once

After renewing my 94 year old mothers…
After renewing my 94 year old mothers contract with premier talk in december 2025 she has been charged double for each service. after repeated conversations and a promise from a lovely young lady this is still happening. in january they told me they would refund her over the next year, the same thing happened and again a refund monthly over the next year . she cannot afford £94 a month or £139 this month and not get a full refund due to there mistakes.
