The lovely lady in the store on Abbey Lane provided excellent, pleasant and efficient service. Ordered the item we needed as it wasn't in stock and then called once it had been received in store. Can't fault the service.

I had pretty much decided on the chair…
I had pretty much decided on the chair I wanted , the sales lady came to see if I needed assistance and invited me to try the chair , she noted that it was possibly too small for me and suggested the same but larger model , which I was grateful for , she was friendly and efficient, and this pursuaded me to buy the chair.

Super Premier
I always use Premier to service my scooter, the engineers I've had have been super helpful, they even loaned me a scooter once when they didn't have the correct part. The person who deals with customers online is lovely too, I'm deaf and they make it so easy for me to book services.

Excellent service and knowledgeable... the engineer was very friendly and communicated what was happening throughout.... called with costs before doing work and was polite.... returned my mobility scooter fixed and very happy with the price.. highly recommended
