Jack kindly fitted us in, rearranged the forecourt so we could see the vehicle and took photos/videos of our vehicle to arrange a specialist part exchange quote.

Overall experience was good, our salesman Connor was very helpful with talking through the options, no car for us unfortunately but will be back in the future

All staff were friendly & helpful. Jessica who handled our car viewings was particularly helpful & patient and where didn’t know answers to a couple of my many questions she immediately sought out a technical colleague who did. Given how very busy they were she was prompt & efficient dealing with our purchase.
They have good, comfortable customer waiting areas whilst you wait to view cars or complete purchase.
Only negative was when I went to drive the car the next day the 2nd key wouldn't work. I called them, was promised a call back but nobody got back to me. 5 days later I resolved issue at a local car key company. I should have checked both keys worked before leaving the dealership and was a minor issue, just inconvenient.

James and Abbey were both very helpful and made the transaction pretty seamless. Good part ex offered and all dealt with very efficiently to allow us to drive our new car home.

Sold our car to Matt “via Motorway” in reality they did nothing but Matt was great and sorted things out and agreed to purchase the car.

Picked up today by Steve, very professional handover with everything sorted and Steve back on his way back South within 2 hours.

The whole team at Prestige Cars made buying my first car in the UK smooth and straightforward. The car was presented in excellent condition and exactly as described.
On the day of the handover, Shah was great. He made the collection process easy and helped me sort out the MOT and road tax, making sure everything was ready before I drove away.

Following intervention by Thomas at Prestige my issue has been fully resolved to my satisfaction
The company have paid for and arranged delivery of second card key so thank you I am happy with the resolution

My experience with this company was very different to some others who have purchased from them
After deciding on a car I paid the holding deposit and arranged a test drive and inspection a journey for me of 140 miles
On arrival no car was available and had to be fetched from a storage facility off site
The car was eventually purchased after much delay and in total the handover took all day
On getting home the next day I discovered the car had been sold with only one card key
I called Prestige many times who told me the handover team would be in contact - they weren’t
I wrote to MD complaining about the customer service and lack of second key - no response
Overall there are better companies to deal with other than Prestige who don’t live up to their name
Phone message from company saying I have a card key and a fob key this is true but Volvo say I should have received 2 card keys still no resolution

After an initial bit of confusion everything went really well. Great car and very friendly and helpful staff. If it wasn’t for the initial problem it would have definitely been 5 stars
