Replacement parts that work.
We have so far purchased a side table and a replacement drawer runner. Parts arrived on time and both worked perfectly. We did find the items slightly cheaper elsewhere but for peace of mind we ordered with Prima.

Good service- but not fully as advertised
Item was delivered in good time- however did not come with the screw fixings as advertised - Billie did try and look into this - but with no positive outcome after 2 weeks i had to try and source my own screw fixings - which was not ideal -

G8 dog gate.
The delivery was fine in the end. The customer report was varied, with the first contact saying the order was complete when parts were missing. The second contact was brilliant sourcing the parts from the manufacturer delivered 2 days later.
Your automatic emails need looking at. The text is almost offensive. "Please refrain from sending further emails..." Without the customer service experience, and emails it would be 5 stars.

Great service by Prima Leisure
Great service by Prima Leisure, but the courier service was a little slower after it had been dispatched. Prima Leisure were quick to chase the courier and was soon delivered.

Fast delivery. Measurements for screws on instructions not available for portofino gt75, phoned up bailey Bristol was told that they weren't sure where the screws go. But knock on the panel to see if it hollow or solid.
I don't think this is acceptable.

slow or non existent customer service.
product is good delivery is quick.HOWEVER i have an issue with my product so I emailed prima and I have so far waited 4 days for a response .so aftersales is rubbish and very slow .if you have an issue with the product you may as well forget about getting prompt service.sorry but I don't recommend buying from here.
