Outstanding service from Prime Medic!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Prime Medic. The entire process was incredibly quick, straightforward and professional from start to finish.

Alex and Bob were both fantastic to deal with, and I really appreciated how promptly they responded and organised everything. The communication was excellent, and they made what could have been a stressful process extremely easy.

A special thank you to Dr Daniel Chen as well for organising my medical certificate so promptly. It was genuinely refreshing to receive such efficient and professional service.

I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Prime Medic to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and responsive service. 10/10 from me highly recommended! 👏

I have been using this virtual health service for the past 6 months and have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and level of care provided. The service is always friendly, compassionate and thorough, and I have consistently felt listened to and well cared for.

Easy to use no time wasted

I posted a review about a week ago and 2 days ago I received an email stating that they were sorry and so on so forth but the email ended in what it felt like a passive aggressive threat where they asked me to take my trust pilot review down and then I’ll be able to get my refund? I laughed. They want to withhold my money until I remove a review that was truthfully written about my experience of not being able to get a refund after a month of countless emails and calls!

I declined. Since it was 399 dollars , I agreed to remove the review within good faith when the money reached my bank account .

But It’s gets worse……..

I received an email this evening stating my refund is now processed into my prime medic “wallet” . I gasped. As if I ever want to use their service again? And it was never an option given to me in the first place , I got told over the phone plenty of times it was going to be refunded into my bank account .

At this stage , I’m at a loss. 399 dollars is a lot of money and I’m extremely upset and frustrated by this situation .

Please anyone read this. Do NOT use prime medic , go to any other Telehealth brand because nothing can be worse than this company.

I've been with prime medic a lot of years they are very prompt and quick .Also the doctors that prime medic sends are caring and precise . And the best advice was given to me. Thankyou PRIME MEDIC

Great doctors

Wow! First time using telehealth, so I called Prime Medic, who said a doctor would call within 20 minutes. They weren't wrong!

To say the service was exceptional would be an understatement. Highly recommend! I'll definitely use this service again without a doubt. It saved such a hassle trying to get into a doctor when they're normally booked out many days in advance. Also Bulk Billed

My appointment was scheduled between 10:00 am and 11:00 am, yet I did not receive a call from the doctor until 4:59 pm. No communication was provided regarding the significant delay, which was extremely disappointing and showed a complete disregard for my time.
When I finally spoke with the doctor, I found the consultation to be unhelpful. I requested to speak with a different doctor but was told that, because the consultation had already taken place, this would not be possible.
As a result, I advised that I would not be proceeding with my second consultation and requested a refund. The company confirmed that a refund of $250.00 would be issued; however, the lack of communication regarding the return of these funds has been equally disappointing.
Had I known the standard of service and communication I would receive, I would never have booked this appointment. The complete lack of respect for patients' time, combined with poor customer service and inadequate follow-up, has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
I would give this service 0 stars if I could and would not recommend it to anyone.

Extremely disappointed – still waiting for my refund

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I paid for a service that included two appointments. During the first appointment, I spoke with the clinician for approximately five minutes, and they were unable to help me. The appointment felt rushed and unprofessional, and no treatment, prescription, or further assistance was provided.

After raising my concerns, the company agreed to refund $250 for the unused second appointment. Although I believed a larger refund was appropriate given the circumstances, I accepted their offer in good faith.

It has now been around 30 days since they agreed to process the refund, and I still have not received my money. Every time I call, I speak to the same person, who tells me that the refund is “with the accounts department” and is being processed. Despite sending five follow-up emails, I have not received a response to any of them after the initial email confirming the $250 refund. I have also requested to speak with management several times and have been told someone would call me back, but no one ever has.

I’m now left with no option but to consider lodging a claim through NCAT to recover the money they agreed to refund.

The lack of communication, failure to honour their commitment within a reasonable timeframe, and overall level of customer service have been extremely disappointing. If you’re considering using this company, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully based on my experience.
