Terrible service. I was told of if I paid a consult fee I would get a call within a hour. They confirmed if they could not call I could get refund as I would then take her to hospital As my daughter had mirgrain and vomiting and light hurt her head so going to hospital at 7.30pm was not ideal. I just needed a script with medication from chemist.
After over a hour I rang they said next in line
I waited till almost 9.00 and canceled as chemist closing she was still vomiting I took to hospital which I wish I did at 7.30
They rang me at almost 11pm
I told them I had canceled call
A month if emails and calls they still have not refunded me the money for the consult I never received and canceled due to them not delivering a service I paid for

On a Sunday, I really needed to see a doctor to get a prescription. I decided to book an appointment online. I had my medical certificate and prescription sent to my email within 30 minutes. It was a relief to be able to purchase a medication so quickly. The doctor was very efficient.

Dr phoned quicker than expected. When I had problems downloading my script the person I spoke to was very helpful. I would definitely use this service again.

Do not believe this reviews, they are all fake 5 star reviews, this Company is an Indian Scam centre, you won't talk with a Doctor but Medicare get charged, read the Google reviews many have similar experience, many are Fake reviews..

You've now replied back saying your Doctors tried to contact me, that's not true as mentioned they would call and then hang up when answer.. I waited till 1.30am for an 11pm appointment.. You deserve less than 1 star.. Numerous other people have said the same.. SCAM company

filled in my details selected the medication i needed waited for call spoke to dr about my issues he issued a new script for me was very courteous and i will def use the service in the future with my current dr overseas i was stressed and having anxiety and depression didnt help but they put me at ease service was quick and script was sent to my phone and had medication in my hand within 15 minutes was really good staff were fantastic would highly recommend them.5 stars.ty.

Got an appointment for my mother who’s been sick in bed for seven days doctor prescribed medication for gastroenteritis and sent it however didn’t bother to send any antibiotics as promised. Now I have to take her to her regular doctor and get her out of bed. Absolute disgrace.

Much better than going into a GP. They help fix the problem and medicate rather then just telling you to go home, rest and drink fluids. It's really quick and convenient.
Sometimes feels a bit rushed through. Benefit of not being around sick people waiting an hour to be seen to so i absolutely recommend.

Dr Mohsin was very thorough and understanding of my medical condition. My script was sent thru very quickly for me to continue to take my medication. Very happy with the service....11/10 score. Thank you again Dr Mohsin.
