I required an urgent prescription after hours and I found Prime Medic to be extremely efficient and easy to deal with. The administrative staff and the doctor were very helpful and it was just a smooth process from beginning to end. I was contacted 3 days later via an SMS message, as a follow-up, to see how I was doing and whether I required any further assistance. I have used other after hours GP's in the past, but I have had the best experience with Prime Medic and will continue to use them in the future.

I did not know they existed until a friend referred me. The process was very easy and quick. I used their chat platform to book appointments and was given a call by a Dr not long afterwards. It's all bulk billed and would recommend and use them again. Thankyou

My son has had the same illness for 20 years… it’s all right there in front of the dr via Medicare. Just needed an emergency script that this service has provided with no issues on several occasions in the past. This dr was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my adult ASD son telling him it was something that it wasn’t. As we have had it checked out in the past.
We got the script in the end but with much carry on. Disappointing to say the least.

The best experience and the perfect help. My child was sick for too long and even after seeing other doctors (face to face), and ambulance. None were of any help. I Was treated like a helicopter parent that had no idea how to parent. I know my child and after 10 days of fever, something is NOT RIGHT. A Telehealth appointment at 1am got my child the proper medical care. I bought the medication first thing in the morning and now Thank God and Thank you primemedic, my son is looking a lot better and finally having a good sleep. So glad and grateful. Thank You.

I tried to book a home visit online and they rang me straight away saying no drs in my area but put me thru for a phone consultation with a dr and i was rang back in 5 mins
After talking through my symptoms he sent me e script to help until i can see my own doctor.

I really wanted to say Thank You so much for assisting me during a public holiday. The Dr was amazing and understood what position I was in due to my fly out. He helped by prescribing my everyday medication that I urgently needed to take overseas. He also ensured that I have enough for my duration overseas.
I was definitely impressed! He was very professional and kind. The time wait was correct by the representative as the Dr called during that window. Once again, Thank You to all that were involved.
