Jake was recommended by our neighbours. Had problem with leaking toilet and he fitted new cistern. Also dripping taps which he fitted new ones for us. He was always polite, kept us informed all times, arrived on time and very tidy. Quite refreshing. Will be using him again.

I stumbled upon Jake purely by chance when my megaflow water tank packed up 2 weeks before my wife was due to give birth. He was recommended to me by a plumbers merchant, so I knew that he was a plumbers plumber.

Jake ran me through the replacement options and when it came to replacing the tank, he drained it, removed it and replaced it quickly and with minimum impact to myself and my wife.

Since this initial job, I have recommended him to numerous friends and family who have also been enamoured with him.

Jake also during lockdown always wore a mask & gloves, plus wore protective covers on his shoes. He has always been polite and attended on time when an appointment has been booked in. A clean and tidy worker and very particular about tidy pipework. Trustworthy enough that we would leave Jake in our home to do his work if we had to be elsewhere at the same time.
