Jake has always been quick to respond to my calls. He has carried out a number of jobs for me to from changing a broken flush to installing a new boiler. He is always very polite and considerate. His work is carried out to a very high standard. I would highly recommend him.

Jake is absolutely great and has attended to all our plumbing needs over the last four years from fixing a faulty shower to fitting in a new boiler. He has been professional and absolutely knows his stuff. Quick and efficient and reliable.

Jake was really helpful and was able to quickly come over to sort out a gas leak we had at the property. He is very knowledgeable and noticed an issue with the setup to our hot water cylinder that he recommended to have addressed. Have now used him for a couple of jobs and likely more in future. We always use Pritchard’s for our plumbing jobs. Jake has fitted new radiators, installed a new gas hob and piping and replaced a few dripping taps over the years. Good reliable plumbers are hard to find but I have used Pritchard's several times in the last 3 years to rectify some piping problems, improve the heating performance and service the boiler.
