Having used Proactive for several years during my time at a previous employer, it made total sense to call upon their services once again when we needed large, bulk pick ups from customers here at TMC The Model Centre.
After quickly and easily contacting them again to get things set up for us, Proactive have been there for every pick up we've required of them.
Communication is always fast and pleasant, with their team always happy to assist with quotes and guidance for bookings.
Their wide variety of vans with clearly laid out dimensions and weight lets you easily select the right van for the job and with quick turnarounds on bookings, it means customers are not waiting long at all before a pick up has occurred and the delivery is at your destination address.
We have used Proactive for jobs from the very bottom of the country to the top and not once have they let us down or have we encountered any issues. They're a great team and well worthy of your next job!

Needed a pallet sending at extremely short notice from Manchester to London and Proactive Dispatch arrived, loaded and were on their way 30 minutes after our first email to them.
