we do not use same day couriers often, but when we do Proactive are top of the list. always polite, nothing is too much. always deliver on what they say. prices are are always competitive. cannot praise them enough.

I have been using Proactive Despatch for over a year, I am by far not one of there biggest customers, but judging by the way I am treated by the staff, you would think I was spending millions with them! Customer Service is responsive, friendly and quick and the process is simple and streamlined Same day is always available within reason. The communication is excellent and if there is a delay on the offload at site we are updated. The deliveries being signed for help us to track them in case of queries. As a ex courier driver I'm writing this review.
I worked for proactive a couple of times (before getting out of the game).
For any driver who wants a professional company, with friendly staff who have no bother with sorting any complaints and complications out if you on a collection/delivery, the give these guys a go.
The service they give to customers is second to none, very professional company.
If anything goes wrong with the job I'm now in, I'd have no qualms about returning to pro active.

Pro Active just tick every box they are very competitive cost wise, respond very quickly to e-mails requesting deliveries the drivers turn up when they should and you receive e-mails notifying you they have arrived, when they have collected the good and left, when they arrive at the destination and finally when when the goods have been delivered and signed for.
Overall consistently excellence service

Needed a delivery Friday AM and a collection. Booked for 8am collection but a family drama occured overnight meaning a 7:45am was the latest I could afford to wait. Emailed them at 6am, got a reply and a 7:44am collection. Great service, considerate and a keeper for me! Informed by email at each stage of the day.

Had a tight deadline for delivery to meet and the team were amazing in both organising and administering the delivery request. Shannon in particular was both professional and efficient in her communications with us at al times...I would highly recommend
