A breath of fresh air!
I am an independent Estate Agent and Pro Conveyancing's automated updates are a breath of fresh air! Most recently we have been working with Hayley Hellon on a case that was more challenging and frustrating than either of us were expecting from the outset - she is super friendly, the updates were prompt, there was always someone on hand to help chase the other solicitors involved and we got there in the end! Sale & Purchase
My case was a tricky one. I used ProConveyancing for my sale and my purchase. Being in a chain can be very stressful but Hayley got me their.
There was unexpected situations that we had to deal with and for myself who works full time, has children , and trying to buy and sell properties at the same time - you can imagine how stressful life gets.
Hayley went above and beyond, if I was unsure about anything no matter what the time or day she would always try to help and reassure me, she even replied to a email on Christmas day.
I want to thank ProConveyancing for all there help and I would certainly use Hayley again, she is very professional.
Thanks again for getting me through, I feel the negative comments here on trustpilot about this company are very harsh.

Starts off good then...oh boy!
Starts off good then you pay your on account fee.....dont expect to hear from them after that unless you chase them. No response to calls, emails deleyed unread and not replied to despite a read receipt. Their email system tejects email with large attachments, phone calls go to india desk who have no idea what is going on. Would never uss again. Look on companies house more changes of directors than my hot dinners. Based in Liverpool not registered address, App don't work no point in downloading it. 5 months for a cash purchase of vacant property no chain, no contract or search issues. Went for cheap service because it was uncomplicated, wished I'd not done most of work myself

So unprofessional
So unprofessional refused to respond to calls said emails went missing despite a read receipt. When reporting a search was confused by metres and miles. Head of legal never available. Completely unresponsive nearly lost our house purchase due to their incompetence. Would use caution. It also looks like the company has folded and reopened a number of times on companies house

If you want a conveyancing company
If you want a conveyancing company, don’t choose this one. If you are impressed by the frontline of lovely staff that apparently work 24 hours a day when you find them on the internet, you can ask them anything and they get straight back,,, well that only lasts until you’ve waded in to above your waist, spent a lifetime downloading and then watching absolutely nothing happen for month after month. There was no chain, first time buyer, mortgage offer in place within a week, property empty, no complications, I personally contacted leasehold company to pay for leasehold pack, so it didn’t slow us down… it took nearly 5 months!!! It would have been a lot longer if we hadn’t done all the chasing up ourselves No responses, no replies, no updates, nothing happens… there’s no way to get hold of anyone. Our solicitor got changed after 2 months, who I only got one email from, and the replacement solicitor didn’t respond either. I sent email after email, totally ignored, most of the time, estate agents got involved, and they struggled for responses. In the end between myself and the agents and our minimum of 30 emails, personally chasing management companies, in our desperation before losing our buyer who literally would have been homeless.I’m sure the people are very nice, I’m sure they aren’t wanting to ignore clients, but they should work for a better company!

Very poor unresponsive company.
The time taken to sell my empty flat was very long.
The delays were the fault of ProConveyancing.
I was assigned a conveyancer who was completely unresponsive. None of my 14 telephone calls was responded to. Only one of 11 emails was responded to.
Details on the App were wrong from the start (address of property, my email address, sale price, to do list). None of these were corrected despite 3 emails pointing them out, until the conveyancer asked for the property address well into the process. The app occasionally does not work. The app was not updated in a timely matter, if at all. Often the information was incorrect or outdated.
Information provided by me, in response to questions from the purchaser, were not forwarded on in a timely manner, causing some frustration from the buyer. In one case details were not forwarded for almost one month.
Problems were resolved only after 3 months when Haley took over the case.
I selected ProConveyancing on the basis of on-line reviews, which at the time were all positive. I wonder whether these reviews were genuine. The experience of the reviewers was so completely different to my own.

I found Pro Conveyancing via google and I was a bit worried as I had not heard of them. I was very surprised and will definitely be using them again. Hayley Hellon and Laura Fisher were both excellent - fantastic team.
The app is great to keep you appraised of the developments step by step!

We honestly couldn’t ask for a better service. I’ve had experience with solicitors before & Hayley is genuinely the best we have had. Replies have been prompt - especially on weekends, questions have been answered, nothing was ever too much hassle or trouble! Completely incompetent, radio silent and absolutely negligent.
I would rate -10 stars if I could… proconveyancing have been completely incompetent, radio silent and absolutely negligent. As first time buyers, this has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with customer service, it is evident they don’t care about relationships with clients and drag their heels every opportunity they get with progressing with a sale. We initially had a young conveyancer who in the space of 3 months managed to send off for searches and that was it, it was only when we chased for an update (we lost count of how many times we did this), that we found she was off with covid and we were 3 months down the line with nothing done on a new build transaction, a transaction that is simple enough for a conveyancing firm. The case was overtaken by a director of the company who has done what she can but still isn’t enough. We did not receive our contracts until 28th Jan when they’d had the contracts from the developer since 21st October. I have had to chase Help to Buy in regards to Authority to Exchange Contracts, which I was told by the conveyancer had been submitted which our portal says it hasn’t. The portal is not up to date and has meant we had an unpleasant surprise of having to find £2750 in stamp duty to pay to exchange contracts on top of legal fees… not an easy task.
As an Intensive Care Nurse I have never been treated so badly and I would never wish an experience like this on anyone. It has caused me immense amounts of anxiety and distress and has had detrimental effects on my mental health.
A complaint was raised to which it took the Head of Legal practice 2 days to acknowledge my email which is shocking, and I’m yet to hear an explanation and a resolution offered. Avoid this firm at all costs, way worth the extra money to go to a firm who knows what they’re doing and can get the job done. We’re still waiting to exchange 4 months down the line. I have barely scratched the surface with everything that has gone wrong.

Selling made easy
Pro conveyancing made the whole selling process so simple and easy. The app makes everything clear with the tick list of what needs doing as well and the progress chart.
