Hayley and the team were very professional and kept me up to date throughout my purchase. Made it as easy as these things can be.

Experiencing the worst service from pro- conveyancing- even the estate agent who recommended them has apologised on their behalf to us. Both us and the sellers solicitors are getting radio silence, we’ve had one sentence replies and just really awful customer service. Asked several times to complete on the 10th December from both us and the sellers and this has been ignored from start to finish, today ( the day we hoped to complete) they asked us to send a form that was sent back to them yesterday. There are two people In the chain and it’s taken close to 4 months with no updates in the interim. Last week we were advised to get a duplicate cavity wall guarantee, when we asked where we get this from, we received the sentence of ‘you’ll need to contact the supplier’… excellent let me contact every builder in South Yorkshire and see if they worked on that specific house…

Just spend a little more and use someone else, if it’s taken this long for us with two people in a chain I dread to think how long someone elses will take. If you’re looking for a solicitor to help you through the process and keep you updated - again go elsewhere.

I cannot stress enough how poor the service has been- buying a house is stressful enough without adding this into it.

I was impressed by the professional and friendly service provided by Hayley and Laura at ProConveyancing, from start to finish.

Drawing on many years of experience, the service is streamlined, straightforward and user-friendly, the focus on getting the job done, without legal jargon, at reasonable cost.

I have been in 'property' for the last 7 years and have dealt with dozens of different conveyancing firms, most of which lack basic communication skills, which is key when it comes to buying/selling a property.

I have been referring my clients to Pro Conveyancing over the last few months and have been amazed at the level of customer service my clients receive, but also myself as the referrer, all the way from day 1 where the clients receive the quote, to completion.
It makes such a huge difference to the time in which the transaction takes to goes through and is much less stressful as you get instants updates via an online portal which you can access 24/7.

This was the fourth time of moving over the past 37 years and on each previous occasion our experience with conventional solicitors/ conveyancers was extremely stressful …… communication was always poor and we constantly felt the need to chase.
When our friend suggested ProConveyancing we were a little nervous about using what was described as a web based conveyancing service, however, based on our previous experiences we thought we had little to lose.
It was a brilliant decision - The system is clean and logical, but not impersonal.
Hayley Hellon initiates the correspondence by calling and detailing clearly the process of both purchase and sale. You then load up the app on your phone or login on your computer and away you go!!
The best thing we found was that you could always speak with Hayley or her “able assistant” Laura and each time our queries were answered with ease of understanding and conversations were both professional and light hearted.
No question was too much trouble and Hayley has a manner that puts you at ease, taking time to explain until you fully understand - something conventional solicitors appear to overlook!!
