Great products and finish. Not as flush and seamless on the door panels as I’d like, but still looks good.

Didn’t fit properly

Not a perfect fit. On the side panels you will see the wood grain on one side or the other. The front panel fits great but you can also find this exact same product for half the cost. I will be removing the side panels and looking for something else that fits a little better. Just beware if purchase the side panels.

The team at Proleep support have been amazing! They responded to my email promptly regarding a defective piece. They were very understanding and caring regarding my situation and sent me a replacement piece to make things right the same day! I am very grateful for their help and support in this matter!

Quick delivery very easy to fit looks good

Had an issue with my original dashboard. I emailed Proleep and they took care of my problem and sent me a new dashboard. Great customer service and my model Y looks amazing.

Je m’aperçois que le colis arrive casser , nous informant le commerçant et nous dit de le renvoyer à nos frais pour avoir un remboursement.
Résultat colis renvoyer à nos frais 15€, plus de 100€ perdu car il ne veulent pas nous rembourser car apparemment nous n’avons pas envoyer les bon éléments !
Ils se foutent de nous ! Des mois que ça dure !!!

Really good products and nice finish. I had an defect with the dash cover but this was resolved by their excellent customer service who provided a replacement.

The most important thing is that every once in a while, an awesome product might have a random defect. As soon as I let them know, the Proleep team jumped at the chance to help me out and sent out a new kit. It's the kind of support that makes me 100% confident that I can recommend Proleep to others. (I'll add that for those of you with the wood grain interior in your Model Y, the blackout kit from Proleep is a thing of beauty.)

Ordered a dashboard cover for the model 3 Tesla, the fit was extremely poor and looks awful! I would include a photo to show how bad it is but unfortunately that's not an option

Shocking company to deal with. I recently bought their dash and door trim at quite some expense and have found the adhesive tape is fitted to the trims is just not strong enough to hold the trims down. Several emails later looking for help I can now conclude they will only accept returns if the item is unused !! And that it can be resold. THEY REFUSE to deal with faulty supplied good. Please don't waste you money an absolutely shocking company to deal with BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Made the order 12/5-23, didn’t get a tracking number, today 12/18-23 and still haven’t received it! Try’d customer service several times, and no respons 👎👎👎

Ordered half November and still no sign of a delivery!
