After 10 Months the product was getting worse. First Contact with AI Customer Support was ok. My case was Handed over to the warranty Team 4 weeks ago. No response .. no nothing

Customer Support no response
Ordering and delivery were fast and easy.
But I sent an email to your support dept regarding the terrible smell with the jack pucks and any advice to get rid of it. I have not received a response back and it has been almost a week and no response.
