Dear PMC, It's not you, it's your choice of courier. I've been a PMC fan since you were still in Footscray. And your PMC jumper 'Coffee or Die' is still my favourite jumper all these years.

Looks like your chosen courier isn't accredited with @Auspost and unable to deliver to my Parcel Locker address -- which, fyi, is not a PO BOX. There has been a spate of missing delivered parcels / robberies in our area awhile back and was reluctant to give our home address.

Your courier gave me an ultimatum: home address or pick up your coffee at their very faraway warehouse - another fyi - I don't drive, I don't own a car.

Very easy and efficient to order online!
Always good service :)

Excellent service!
Fantastic delivery!
Outstanding Coffee!
Discovering Proud Mary has been one of my great achievements in 2019.Every cup is a treat.

Very quick service delivered within 2 days to rural area

A good service with regular updates on the processing of your order. There was one instance where the updates said it was delivered, then changed the status as being dropped off at pick up location because the delivery had failed although I was at home to receive it and didn't encounter anyone trying to deliver it. This was a once off occurrence though.

Amazing coffee and service. The best coffee I have ordered thus far. Will be very hard to beat!

I'm a fan of your filter roast single origin coffee. The box that you pack the beans in comes in handy when the courier throws it at the door each fortnight. I wish you offered monthly! I like to try out different beans but there's only so much I can drink.

Great service, great coffee.

I get the filter subscription and would recommend if you love your filter Brew!
Amazing coffee! And I must say customer service too! I didn’t have enough in my account and one payment didn’t go through, I emailed Proud Mary that I had fixed this and they replied quickly, processed the payment and I didn’t miss a delivery! So helpful and kind with every question and Email I have sent their way, and coffee to my door always on time.

Great tasting coffee. Highly recommend.

Once i ask some question, the teacher, Jenn, give me an answer which is very scientifically.

Great brew & quality service always.
What else can you say about a company that gives you quality on quality product & service.

The coffee is fresh and there are a couple of varieties to choose from. Not the cheapest subscription around though.

Great coffee!

another five star coffee experience

Description was good service was good and time it took was great
Very happy with my experience

Good coffee and good service, thanks

Great tasting coffee, very smooth, but I find it a bit too expensive for everyday use.
