The report generated by this company is absolutely useless. It has really no relevant information about the vehicle. Don't waste your money.

Last week went on line to access my local city/county property records for the name of the new owner next door because there were issues that needed to be addresssed that affected my property. Logging in and receiving the information appeared normal. Throughout the brief journey (a) I unknowingly connected with "publicrecordsdata.us" and (b) in doing so did not disclose that I had purchased the records and paid for them with my credit card to which they had access. Opened my mail an hr. ago and saw the brief information thanking me for my payment (specifics of amount or payment method not shown). Made a call to them and was credited the payment and told they were privately owned and yes, received many calls like mine. I AM ANGRY that a privately-owned company would stoop so low as not to disclose that you are leaving one site and going to another site for which you must pay. I was refunded my payment but they're only two slimy moves away from hackers and scammers.

I thought the one time report would cost $1. It actually cost $31 for the report package.
Once I saw the charge, I contacted customer service. The response and refund were very fast, and very courteous. Explaining the pricing better would have gotten them 5 stars from me.

Compete scam. Misleading and vague. I thought I coud get one plot plan for $1. Turns out theu carge $31.00 for the one plot plan plus amonth of access. When I called they immediately reversed the charges. Waste of time.
