The chat was initiated because I was told I’d be charged $1 for a report. They mentioned a 30/month package that I did NOT want. Well once some of course I was billed for $31. Entered the chat explained my story and surprisingly, they were very courteous and helpful. Refunded the charge and assured me all was taken care of. These days they could’ve hid behind fine print or policy but they didn’t and helped out 100%.

Do not purchase records. They are NOT up front about charges. I was charged $1.00 then $7.00 and then $30.00
Do NOT OPEN an account. Do NOT enter your Credit Card information. Unexpected charges occurred!!!!! Customer service was RUDE and said next time read the small print.

I reached out because I was charged for a service I did not knowingly sign up for---I was very frustrated. Timothy, my customer service rep, understood the problem, looked up my account, and immediately refunded me the fees I was charged and closed the account which also was unknowingly opened. Very happy there was a quick solution for this issue.

Timothy was prompt and quick on getting my account closed and reimbursement made back to my account definitely 10 out of 10 customer service

They charged me multiple times and when I contacted them they claimed it was for multiple services. However, I received one report that was supposed to be $31, but they charged me twice. Initially when I contacted them, they would not address this. Update they said they would refund my 31.00, so if that does happen I will update this review. Watch your credit card statements!
