I ordered a VIN report and agreed to pay the $7.00 fee. They charged me the $7 and another $31 without my authorization. Apparently this is a "subscription" fee to which I was never asked to agree to nor informed about. Very dishonest business practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Got the information I needed right away and was able to cancel my subscription easily. Great customer service. Highly recommend

If i could give this 0 stars I would. First the site tells me there is one record for a court case I was looking for then it tells me there is a $1 fee (no problem), then i enter my credit card and it tells me the fee is $7 (ah ok whatever), Then it tells me the fee is $9 (i'm now annoyed but willing to pay it). I get the report then it says "No Records Found". Then I see a $31 charge to my credit card. Not explained. Don't trust this site! It's a scam.

The charge for the report on my credit card was significantly more than what I thought I was paying for it. I chatted with a very friendly and efficient rep and she arranged for a refund. I was pleased at how easily the problem was addressed.

My search indicated a resulting record for the person I was looking for in the specified county/state. You don't get to see the record until you pay for it, so I couldn't verify that this is the person I searched for. The stated charge was $1, so I figured, sure ok. I proceeded to pay but the receipt showed I was charged $1 for that day's access (not the report), $30 for a monthly subscription (this is recurring unless you cancel), and $7 for the report. The appearance gives the impression that subscription is an option, but it isn't. When I clicked the emailed link to the report, not only was it not the person I searched for, it wasn't even the right state. Even though the report still correctly reflected my search options at the top of the page, it gave me a totally different person in a different state. I gave this 2-stars instead of 1 because the customer service rep was very helpful and immediately cancelled the $30 and $1 charges, but I'm still out the $7. Won't do that again.

Excellent customer service. They treated me with great kindness, patience and professionalism. They answered all my questions clearly and quickly, making me feel valued as a customer. I definitely recommend their service and would shop with them again. Thank you for the great experience!
