I ordered one report from this company PublicRecordsdata.us. I was told it would cost $1.00.
I was charged $31.00 for what I was told would be $1.00.
I spoke with a representative in an online chat situation and was refunded my $31.00. Thank goodness. I could never afford paying $31.00 for 1 report that gave me basically no information. They at least tried though.

My experience was fast and easy.

I went on to try to help a friend who was having a problem understanding about flood zones in her home. It said it would cost me one dollar to take a look at her house. I was charged $31. Very hard to understand. I am furious. They will not refund my money so this is what you get for helping a friend.
