I was supposed to be charged one dollar and I was charged $31

I went on to try to help a friend who was having a problem understanding about flood zones in her home. It said it would cost me one dollar to take a look at her house. I was charged $31. Very hard to understand. I am furious. They will not refund my money so this is what you get for helping a friend.

Monetary charges unclear.

I think the fact that your account requires a subscription should be more obvious. I never read anything clearly stating I would be charged multiple times, in fact I thought I was only getting a one time fee of two dollars to view one person's records. I then checked my bank account to see that I was charged twenty dollars on top of the two I originally thought I'd be charged. I also didn't know that my account being open was a subscription to begin with. I just found out by seeing a second charge the next month. Thankfully cancelling is very easy, however it also is not very clear at first. Their customer service team is very easy to work with and immediately gave me a refund and cancelled my account upon both of my requests.

Other than that, when I first thought I was paying two dollars for the information, it was super convenient and gave me access to all of the public records I wanted to see.

This person this person was fantastic


This person, I wish I gotten his name or her name that did a fantastic job and helping me. I came on here very upset when I first came on but they assured me that everything was OK my account was closed and I was not gonna be charged. You have to forgive me but my phone is broken and I have this huge white line and it's hard for me to see the letters on my keyboard but the person who assisted me is super fantastic and I would work with them again
