Surprisingly, it was very easily canceled. Just started a chat with the AI chat bot. No questions asked. Immediately canceled with a confirmation number. Came in handy when I needed it but, I no longer need it. I will definitely use it in the future since the cancellation process is so simple.
Fraud
This company relies on folks not checking their bank accounts for the $30 scam charge that isn’t made clear whatsoever upon sign up, which is blatant fraud. For those who do realize, they have a chat bot that fixes the issue quickly so folks will come on here and write good reviews about how their ‘issue’ was quickly resolved. The threefold issue - what are they doing with my credit card number now? I will most likely need a new card.

I am thrilled to now know more about myself. I had no idea I had a record pertaining to no insurance on my vehicle, but I am sure I did. I didn’t get pulled over or anything. But the record states that twice ai had no insurance. Like I said, I am sure I was covered at those times. Oh well, can’t really do much about it. But I am glad to know about it now. Thank you for your service. It’s nice to know these things going on behind a persons back. Without you, I wouldn’t know that was being said. Good Luck to you and your service.

I was able to find the information I was looking for in a quick and easy way and when I needed a little more help the Assistant pointed me in the right direction and got the info sent to me. The only thing I would change is the way the pay is set up. I very rarely need this kind of info, so a pay as you go system would work better for me.

As others have written, I thought I was agreeing to a $1 charge, but was charged $31. I did pay additional for PDF and something else, but did not realize that I was being charged $31 for one report. I have emailed the company.
UPDATE: They have credited my account the $31, but given the number of people who have had this issue, I hope they will change their business practice and make it very clear what people are paying for, instead of hoping that a substantial number of people will not notice or bother to dispute the charge.
UPDATE #2: I told them that I had not received a receipt for $31, though I had received other receipts. So they sent me a receipt backdated to 6/2. I also found two receipts for $15.00 for COMPREHENSIVE REPORT. I don't remember what those were for, and so far, only one of the $15 charges appears as "pending" on my card. Something about how this company operates feels very off.
UPDATE #3: The pending $31 credit disappeared and I am now disputing through Citi.

Misleading setup feels like a scam- I thought I was paying $1 for a report but actually was paying for a $30 account, recurring monthly, and $1 for a report. This should have been stated more clearly. The way the site is setup, it's easy to miss what you're actually paying for and feels like it's intentionally misleading. That being said the chat feature was super helpful and fast in canceling my account and on a Sunday morning.
