An excellent estate agent with competent staff in a cohesive team. All admin professionally executed. Intuitive and supportive crew running a good office for tenants and landlords alike. Very responsive to emails with good maintenance connections and assurance of full support for all your tenancy needs. Each staff member showed responsiveness and understanding. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from valuation right through to completion. Good advice at the outset to ensure we attracted the greatest number of potential buyers and always felt the leads were being pursued fully. Communication was very good and we never felt we had to chase for an update. Excellent.

Pymm & Co have been an absolutely fantastic Estate Agent and my experience has been very positive from the initial phone call all the way through to exchange and completion. Leon specifically has really looked after me and been super responsive and informative with all aspects of communication. Specifically, the initial registration of interest on the property and offer submission I felt was very fair and it really felt like I was being treated very fairly and not being pressurised in any way, which is quite rare in my experience. Im also extremely grateful to Maddi for the property viewings and opportunity to have a look round prior to completion for measuring etc. A really delightful team of people who keep you informed throughout the whole process.

Lovely agency but overpromise. Had very little idea about how to market the property. Was with them for over 9 months and whilst they generated a lot of visits there were no offers. I wouldn't recommend.

Leon at Pymm and Co did a very good job handling the sale of my property. He was professional, helpful, and kept things moving well, and I would have no hesitation recommending him personally.

However, I am leaving this review to warn others: please do not use the solicitors they recommend — Leadenhall Law Group Limited. I followed their suggestion and used this firm, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The solicitor made multiple errors throughout the process, missed critical details in the searches, and completely failed to spot that the property I was buying had a major planning breach with the council — meaning legally it should never have been sold or bought in the first place.

Because of their negligence, I have been left with a property that is not legally compliant, and I have now had to refer both the solicitors and this matter to the Legal Ombudsman, who are currently investigating.

While the agents themselves were okay, I do feel they should not be recommending a firm with such a poor standard of work and lack of attention to detail, especially when the consequences for me have been so serious. My advice: use Pymm and Co for the agency side, but always instruct your own independent solicitor — do not take their recommendation.

Leon Ramsden from Pymm & Co assisted in our recent property purchase. Leon was professional and quick to answer any queries and went above and beyond to assist me in a long and protracted purchase.
