Leon Ramsden was such a help for me in the purchasing of my property. He always kept me informed of any progress or (and this is equally as important) the lack of it! Leon at Pymm & Co could not have been more helpful. From my initial view of the property right through to completion he kept me informed of progress and any queries I had he was very prompt to reply (which put me at ease as I am a first time buyer). I would highly recommend him and Pymm & Co for their services.

My previous tenant gave notice and a new one was found very quickly. Communication about viewings and prospective tenants was addressed in a very timely manner. Customer service has been excellent throughout. Thanks to Tia for your assistance.

The lady at the viewing was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel welcome into the home. Then when I rang the office the person I spoke to on the phone was also lovely and sent me everything we needed straight away.
