Avoid! Terrible company, no customer support. Received a defective phone case, but they ignore all communication & requests for refunds/exchanges.

Très déçue de la coque. Mon Iphone est tombé au sol avec une coque Hybrid (moins d'un mètre) et toute la vitre arrière s'est brisée. Résultat 200€ de réparations chez Apple malgré un téléphone censé être protégé. Passez votre tour et préférez une coque en silicone qui protégera bien mieux votre téléphone car celles ci sont trop rigides

Should have read the other reviews first. The phone case I purchased was open and had obviously been used by someone else. It didn’t suit me so returned. So far after 3 weeks of trying to get a refund with me doing all the communication still no resolution. There is actually nothing wrong with their cases. It’s their customer service which is non existent. One excuse after another to avoid a refund. Buy from them at your peril.

I bought a phone case from this brand. It turned yellow in less than six months. The company advertises that their products come with a warranty, but I haven't received any response from them. They sell products at a high price but offer no further product support!

Impossible de s'inscrire pour faire marcher la garantie car tous les sites sont en anglais et même en choisissant le français, ça reste en anglais !

Scammers a bunch of South African call center people that are horrible over the phone and worse to deal with

AVOID! Ordered a case over a month ago, still have not received anything. Would like a refund at this point, but am ignored when I ask for one.

Je mets une étoile parce qu’on ne peut pas en mettre 0!!!!! Ridicule! C’est une vraie farce! Verre trempé acheté en février pour l’iPhone 14 pro max et, en plus d’une réponse vraiment lente, on m’annonce qu’il n’y a plus de stock/le produit a été discontinué, alors que c’est un des modèles les plus récents! Un vrai scam, je ne recommande pas du tout!!!

Sent an email in August to customer support - no reply. Sent a follow up, again no reply.

Poor quality case, had it a matter of days and it broke.

I ordered a screen protector for my son’s iPhone and was very impressed. The glass comes with an applicator tool that makes fitting it, super easy! I've had issues in the past (with other screen protectors) getting the alignment right and ensuring that there's no air bubbles etc. but not with this product.

The glass protection is really clear and responsive. Plus it doesn't seem to mark easily like other solutions that I've had in the past.

What persuaded me to go for QDOS is the lifetime warranty that they offer. I took that as a sign of confidence in the quality and I've not been disappointed so far.

I wanted to find a pastel lavendar colour for my iPhone 13, and ended up giving this site a try. I went for the Touch case which feels really luxurious and silky smooth. And I can now accessorise it with my nails :)

Very easy buying process and the case arrived in 5 working days.

I placed an order for a phone case, contacted customer care almost immediately to cancel the order, no response. Order was delivered and for some reason no details on the website on address and how to return. I have emailed the customer care again to provide details for return yet still no response.

Verre trempé pour Iphone 13 acheté en Novembre 2022, à une vingtaine d'euros quand même, mai censé être garanti à vie. Dès la première chute du téléphone, le verre se casse, 3 semaines après l'achat. Je demande un remplacement et là on m'annonce un refus de ma demande dû au fait qu'il n'y a aucun stock de remplacement.
Je précise à nouveau qu'il s'agit d'un verre trempé acheté le mois même et pour un iphone 13 donc assez récent. comment est-ce possible de ne pas avoir de stock ? Pourquoi promettre une garantie à vie qu'ils n'honorent jamais au vu des autres avis ?
Je ne recommande pas du tout. Très chère, pas du tout quali et arnaque pour la garantie.

Protège écran acheté en magasin, avec une garantie à vie, me signale le vendeur. Chouette et pratique !
Dans les faits, le protège écran s'est cassé à la première chute et le service client ne répond pas à mes deux mails afin de recevoir un nouvel écran, sensé être " garantie à vie.....". A refaire et pour le prix ( 20€ juste pour le protège écran), j'irai ailleurs sans hésiter. J'ai aussi acheté la coque, qui s'est ouverte au bout de 2 mois par un miracle qui m'échappe encore.
Je me suis fais avoir avec QDOS, passez votre chemin, c'est le seul conseil censé que je puisse vous donner.

Purchased a Qdos ebike from ideal world last year and it failed to power only after little use, it was still under warranty. Ideal world
2 (new) sent a courier to collect them refused it was their responsibility and sent it back. As an 82year old I welcomed the bike as a occasional fitness aid,I paid £550 cash for it.I contacted the administrators and they put the phone down. Contacted the suppliers for help but could only offer spares but offered me advice on the pedal sensor, in a desperate process of illimation I requested a new sensor only (average price on Ebay £12) bespoke's price £75.... as this is one of the minor parts, I would hate to know what some of the rest might be. Seemingly all knowledge of this bike for repair or listed parts is negligible. So beware e bike prospective buyers and consider the after care first.

Elle se décolle puis casse au bout de 6 mois.
Je demande un échange au service client.

Réponse de leur part, la protection ne se fait plus, donc ils ne peuvent pas la remplacer.

The guarantee or warranty for replacement is just a lie, even with clear photo of the damage.
Long thread of emails, several times promised to compensate and then just silence. It’s 3 months now since they promised they gonna replace it in a week, yet nothing replaced.
