Delivered on time but missing one item an email later and the missing item was delivered in one day so all good

Very quick service from ordering to delivery.

I found what I wanted quickly. The goods were exactly as described and were despatched very quickly and efficiently. Will use the company again.

Basic kit for a great result so I would recommend these poles.

Quick service, really good at keeping you informed by email but no delivery information.

It was a nice surprise to come across a company that still displays a phone number on their website and actually answers the phone! I had a few queries so it was important that I could speak to someone before placing the order. The items were competitively priced and arrived securely wrapped within a couple of days. Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

Excellent speedy service. We had been let down from another seller who took 3 weeks to tell us the item was out of stock. Thankfully, I discovered this firm who completed the order swiftly.

I have already left a review. Excellent company to deal with.

Quick response, and delivery

Very pleased with the quilt, as expected it was on the large side but not a problem for me. My only disappointment was the lack of delivery day/time update from the courier.

Got my items on time and quality of the bedspread was great.

I was impressed with the effort you put in to find the missing curtain sets even after you emailed that you were only able to send one set instead of the two I ordered

This is my second order with Quality Poles. The service was excellent just as the first time. I ordered the pole in the evening and as I was in a rush to get the curtain pole, I phoned in the morning to ask if they could do their best to dispatch it on the day. The lady said she would check with the dispatcher and then got back to me to tell me it would be dispatched that day. Great service thank you. Pole arrived next day.

Delivery quick would buy again from this company
