Great customer service, fast shipping
The customer service was great (using email), and the shipping was very fast also to my location, outside of the UK. The only small area for improvement would be to improve the website so it provides clearer information on the product I was looking at (timber curtain rods). I would buy from this company again.

Thank you for your review.
Beach towels are thinner than a bath towel as a thin towel is easier to dry and lighter to pack into a bag.
A beach towel is typically larger than a bath towel which also makes the lightness of the towel even more important.
The towels should not shrink if the correct washing instructions are followed and it is a good idea to air dry the towels instead of using a tumble drier as there will be less exposure to heat.
There are ways to reverse the shrinkage of a towel which can be found online which may help to return the towels to the correct size.
