I love the look and the colour looks good with my cream curtains .

I ordered direct via internet and everything was perfect. Delivered safely and well packaged.

A pleasure to buy from.

Quick delivery and high quality product: thank you

James was very helpful and gave us some good advice on choice of poles for quality and price bracket. Fast delivery.

Lovely tassels I bought to add to the ends of a table runner I made from curtains

Have been looking for this duvet set for some time, Wayfair used to sale it.
Quality Poles had this in stock so I purchased from them.

Only problem is the delivery time was slow.

Just what I needed for my curtains pretty as well.

Exactly as described with very quick delivery and kept me informed of every step.

Bedspreads came fast, but due to quality of them , I returned them. Not to my taste at all. I received no paperwork in package, I had to write a return label myself and paid £16 to return them, so out of pocket for items I didn't like but were described as good quality

The staff so helpful, friendly.

Quality of goods excellent. Although a minor problem re delivery, not Company fault, customer service great.

I ordered the wrong size of curtain rings and immediately placed another order for the correct size. Customer service replied very promptly to my email and issued a refund. My curtain hooks arrived within a few days and were well packaged. Thank you.
