Zwei Flüge von Berlin nach Doha und zurück, sowie zwei Flüge von Doha nach Phuket und zurück - waren sehr angenehme Flüge.

Check-In hat alles einfach, unkompliziert und zügig funktioniert, obwohl mir der Online Check-In keinen zeitlichen Vorteil gegenüber normal Check-In verschafft hat.

Saubere Maschinen, mit hohem Komfortanspruch. Tolle Medienauswahl und Umsetzung. Ansprechende und kostenlose Getränkeswahl. Essen ist Flugzeug essen, es macht satt aber das war es auch.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, was ohne aufdringlich zu werden einem mit allem versorgt.

Der Buchungsprozess auf der hauseigenen Website ist abgebrochen (Fehlermeldung bei Bezahlvorgang). Nach erfolgreicher erneuter Buchung, wurde die abgebrochene Buchung dann doch rückwirkend bestätigt, weshalb ich meinen Flug zweimal gebucht und auch bezahlt habe. Die Doppelbuchung wurde von mir umgehend telefonisch gemeldet und mir wurde direkt eine Rückbuchung zugesichert. Leider sind inzwischen mehr als zwei Monate und etliche weitere Anrufe vergangen, außer Versprechungen habe ich nichts erhalten. Keinerlei schriftliche Bestätigung geschweige denn eine Rückbuchung. Zuletzt wurde mir eine Bearbeitung innerhalb von drei Tagen versprochen, aber eben wieder nur versprochen, passiert ist wieder nichts. Ich würde von einer Buchung dringend abraten.

Nachtrag 15.05.23: Nach erneuter telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme (60 Minuten) meinerseits weiß ich nun, dass bisher überhaupt nichts bearbeitet wurde und ich mich wieder 28 Tage gedulden soll (nachdem mir zuletzt schon eine Bearbeitung innerhalb von 72h versprochen wurde, welche nicht eingehalten wurde). Inzwischen habe ich mehrere Stunden mit QA telefoniert, stehe aber eigentlich immer noch am Anfang!

Nachtrag 07.07.2023: Frist wieder verstrichen, keine Rückerstattung, keine Bearbeitung. Inzwischen habe ich achtmal mit QA telefoniert und zweimal schriftlich Kontakt zu QA aufgenommen. Die Bearbeitung steht inzwischen seit mehr als vier Monaten aus.

Trip to Malaysia Feb 2023. Used Turkish Airlines awful plane for a 10-hour ordeal outbound. Decided to invest in extra legroom seats for return paid £170 clicked on seats on a seating plan with extra legroom. Different plane was squashed in a middle seat - no extra legroom- for both 7+ hour return legs. Asked for a refund for payment for extra legroom- fobbed off with " cannot guarantee seats"- no refunds. So no extra room, no refund, no satisfaction at all. very poor service and very poor customer service afterwards. Singapore airlines much better bet.

Visiting quatarairways.com, you notice easy 'airline of the year for 7th time' But I ask myself on what ground.

Flying to Dar es Salaam, the airplane makes a 'technical stop' in Arusha and while guests are on board, cleaning staff comes inside to clean. You gotta be kidding me. Staff tries to steal my headphone, i can interrupt. But arriving in Dar es Salaam, I realize my jacket is gone. On board staff is friendly and they advise me to get assistance fro ground staff, they can easily interrupt and communicate in Arusha.
But the ground staff in Dar es Salaam is extremely rude. Zero competence.
I reported the case at customer service, not one mail I got back. It's been 5 months now. Not my style of how I should be treated.

We recently left an item onboard one of quatarairways planes, during our transfer we immediate got in touch with the nearest member of staff working for quatarairways. We asked the member of staff if they can check and was rudely told there's nothing they can do, and the item will be taken to lost property if found.
We knew exactly were the item was and yet still nothing could be done.
2 weeks later after constant emailing, I am now have my emails ignored and contacting regarding this matter is totally being dismissed.
Customer service is shocking with this airline.

Had to cancel our flight from Europe to Bangkok and were refunded for the flight tickets but not for the seats. The cost for the seats were 560 Euros and they have a non refund policy for booked seats!!! The total cost for our tickets were about 2600 Euro and we got 1200 Euro refunded!!! Winnie in the chat said we would be refunded in the chat but when chat was closed we got a message from Quatar that seats are not refundable. We will not recommend them or fly with them.

Ich habe schlechte Erfahrungen mit unserem Abflug in Frankfurt. Mit meiner Goldmemeberkarte von Cathay Pacific habe ich Loungezugang solange ich mit Oneworld fliege. Nicht bei Quatar Airways! Leider haben die keine Lounge und nutzen die der Lufthansa. Dort wurden wir derart übel behandelt und abgewiesen, dass wir uns sogar den Namen des Personals aufschrieben. Quatar Airways weiß, dass es immer Probleme mit der LH Lounge gibt. Aber so entwas Unhöfliches hatten wir einfach nicht erwartet. 07.01.2023 um 18.00 Uhr Business Lounge LH am Gate 44

Dont book with them please, they are thiefs! Our flight was canceled due to covid and we have been waiting for refund for over 2 years now. They just dont care! We call customer service regularly every 2 weeks and they tell us the same thing over and over: someone from refund department will contact you, which they never do, of course. Ive seen simular posts like this all over the internet, so its very obvious they do it to everyone. Please fly with other airlines, if u have a choice. These people have no backbone. They are a big company, so they think they are untouchable.

Travelling with Qatar Airways on my journey from Europe to Australia has been an undivided pleasure.

Staff is very service minded and professional. this goes for check in of luggage, boarding from gate as well as on board.

Comfortable and nice seating- a good choice of food with special requirements.

There was a short delay in Doha - these things happen - a modern, spacious and clean airport.

I gladly recommend Qatar Airways

We have booked in February 2020 (before the first lockdown in Germany) flights for August 2020. Due to the cancellation of the flight on the part of the airline, we had to rebook to December 2020. But even at this time, entry was not possible and thus the flight was canceled early on the part of the airline. For 16 months we are now waiting for the refund of 1524,62€! Even the reminder by the lawyer does not seem to interest the company for now! An impudence! Never again book a flight with Qatar Airlines! We need our money to pay our bills!

My wife was booked in at Gatwick to Harare on checking in she was told that her baggage will be offloaded at Doha and she’d have recheck in again to continue her journey no mention on the ticket that it would be stopping at joburg .. when eventually arriving at Harare they’d lost her luggage 8 days later it arrived .. 3 days prior to her leaving they informed via the travel agency they’d changed her flight by 2 days .. today 2weeks later she has been informed that they will not be paying compensation for her luggage or the flight changes .. the trip was booked with Travelhouse uk or are just as useless .. NEVER EVER travel with quatar airlines they’re absolutely rubbish !!!

Min flyvning fra Cape Town via Doha blev aflyst d. 11.1.22. I stedet blev mine to sønner (9 og 14 år) og jeg, tilbudt en 40 timers rejse d. 12.. Cape Town - London - Doha - Kbh. Vi er ikke blevet tilbudt kompensation, dækning af meromkostninger, hotel i London eller Doha. Alle henvendelser er blevet ignoreret. Super service på turen til Cape Town (18,5 time) men katastrofal hjemtur!

Suite à une réservation sur cette compagnie, je reçois un mail m'annonçant que plusieurs vols de ma réservation a été annulé, je me rends donc sur le site et j'essaye de changer les vols, mais je ne peux pas le faire sur le site, il me demande d'appeler la centrale de reservation ce que j'essaye de faire mais à chaque fois je reste des dizaines de minutes en attente avec une musique d'attente qui crachote, et personne ne décroche bref c'est pas facile et ça fait pas sérieux pour une compagnie qui se vante d'avoir des tonnes et des tonnes de certificat de haute qualité de service

Meine Flüge mit Quatar waren bisher stets sehr zufriedenstellend. Toller Service, tolles Essen, gute Flugzeug und sehr zuverlässig. Zu Beginn der Pandemie war Quatar die einzige Fluggesellschaft die von Asien noch nach Deutschland geflogen ist. Danke Quatar Airways!

We have bought a ticket to Jakarta on NOV 19TH 2021 leaving from Europe. We have requested an invoice next day because we payed via a company card and we really need it before we leave. Until this point we have callef several times and they have always said that next day the invoice will come but it never did. They have the wors customer service EVER! I requested to speak to a supervisour and they just hang up on me, even tho i was polite and nice. If an invoice is a problem , i am hoping i will not have a seriouse one! Please use other airlines, Quatar is the worst!

we traveled to Kenya on August 2nd this was the worst experience ever our plane had technical problem so they canceled our flight and send us with the next flight to doha and obviously we missed the flight going to Nairobi so they sent us to Uganda to go to Nairobi that was another nightmare . They would not let my daughter to travel because the coved test time has passed even though all the site said the time is good for 72 hours and she was under 72 hours and they did not have any facility to test in the airport so they took her out alone they did not let us go with her . It took her 3 hours to get back. One can imagine what went through my mined all this time . We finally left at 4:00 PM so we were traveling for 2 days and we got to Nairobi with no luggage our luggages was lost for 4 days and when we got them they were all damaged and the air line did not care we even had to pay to get our damage loggias to the hotel . I need an giant to get back to me regarding this horrible experience and big expanse ASAP.
