Great price for the amount of cover
My car insurance had gone up so went to look around for a different provider. The RAC was a really good price, offering more options as standard than some other insurers. I haven’t had any issues with the car but there’s lots of information on the RAC app and it’s good to know they’re on tap.

Reassured I got the best deal
I particularly appreciated how I was informed of a cheaper package option when I was otherwise selecting more expensive options for breakdown cover on a cheaper package.

When I bought a new car
When I bought a new car, my original insurer did not recognise the model and would not insure it, although it was the same manufacturer, but a newer model. The RAC had no problem and insured it straight away.

Disappointed
The actual experience want smoothly but I felt the premium quoted was high considering the small mileage I undertake now and of course my age. (factors denied by your employee)
