Pretty easy to buy online for reasonable price. Bit disappointed that I couldn't have documents sent, no printer access so our son printed docs for us...all 150 pages!!!! Otherwise all okay.

Very close to switching because of arrangement fee
I was very close to switching to a different provider as the arrangement fee is ridiculous obviously a semi hidden charge, so same premium can be offered to existing customers as new to comply with the law. I could of saved a significant amount I just couldn’t be bothered to switch this year but will be next.

After almost fifty years using the breakdown service, and never thinking to use the RAC insurance I gave it a go, searched on line for a Quote, and juggled all the figures about, we all know that a Quote can be Trimmed to reduce the cost, and looking what the slight reduction were made it common sense to go with the RAC, must admit, they never fail to give me a discount every year for my Loyalty, and that is a thing of the Past, being a Seventy Seven Old Wrinkly, I know the way it works, and how difficult it is to get customers on board when representatives are pushing to sell, no one is twisting my arm to write this, I just Say it as it is Please or offend, Colin Harvey News At Ten South Wales
