Over the moon with my purchase, especially as I haven’t owed an RC in years

I have been thinking about taking the plunge into RC planes for a while. The XKA800 has been on my radar, and it was purely down to price that made me commit. The box arrived safely and the contents all intact. Instructions are ok, easy to set up.It is now down to my mastery in the air to see if it was all worthwhile. Thank you

The customer service and advice were first class!

Took a while to turn up but the communication was good and when ever I asked for an update I got a reply almost instantly. The car it's self is amazing for under the £300 bracket. I've only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I paid £20 for 24 hour delivery and it took 4 weeks as it went out of stock as I ordered. All in all tho I'm happy with the car

Wasn’t shipped when it said it would be and paid extra for faster shipping. Sent the wrong colour to what was requested. Car was broken when it arrived and arrived with the car on, leaking shocks/steering rack broken/missing slip pins. Would’ve sent it back but not even worth the hassle, just fixed it all myself

Had a technical issue with Flywing Huey.Olly contacted Flywing China and the problem was solved
with a replacement item.
Completely satisfied with the outcome.

Great communication. The website said the RC I ordered was in stock however it wasn't in stock unfortunately but I was contacted and given other options with RCs in-stock all at a very good deal but decided to wait, so 4 stars

Ordered 2 items a rlaarlo rc car and a wl toys spare parts box paid for 24 hr shipping.

So far i have only received one item the rlaarlo roller

Have contacted olly in regards to the other item have had no response

I would also like to add the item never met the 24h shipping it was well over a week before i got a tracking number than wasn’t handed over to royal mail for another 4 days.

All in all quite a bad experience dont be drawn in with the cheap prices and the uk stock shipped in 24h as on my account none of this was true still waiting for the wl toys parts box which was purchased on the 20/05/2025 almost a month and no response from seller.

The seller knew I was after one and very kindly informed me when they came back into stock so now have a Flywing Bell 206. Fantastic bit of kit. Well worth the wait.

The site advertised 2-5 day shipping. I asked for tracking number, twice, without any answer after 5 days had gone by. I got an invalid shipping number after opening a PayPal case and the product page has gone "out of stock" and of course all shipping information removed.

Their about-us web site seems to be online and offline sporadically. There's a chat box and I inquired about the invalid shipping number. After some 1-2 hours wait time I got a shoddy, word to word quote, "In the usa at the moment. Ill take a look when we get up" answer from "Mike". I waited for 20 hours and claimed a PayPal dispute. That has been the only response I've gotten.

Even though the contact names seem to vary this looks like a one man operation. I can't tell but it's pretty clear it isn't just a random human error from their side as I've contacted them via 3 different channels.

It's yet to be seen how this saga ends.

Update: The seller asked me politely to remove this review via email and I politely declined. But I promised to update the review so that it's accurate in the end. The DPD tracking link the seller sent still isn't working but global tracking found the parcel. It seems to be stuck in customs.

Update 2: According to customs the parcel was sent without all the necessary shipping information and therefore it has been stuck in Finnish postal service for 8 days. This isn't directly seller's fault as far as I know. But customer service is seller's responsibility and this could've been sorted out. I inquired about the shipping 11 days ago and got my first response yesterday. "Olly" actually called me while I was updating this review and we discussed these same points written here. Updated to two stars because the package was actually sent and now there seems to be some communication.

Update 3: I contacted seller's courier firm and they would had been helpful to work with customs clearance only if I could've delivered the seller's invoice. Seller didn't respond to my inquiries as usual. Luckily PayPal returned my purchase money.

Again 1 star rating. I cannot recommend.

Awesome fast delivery and good prices

I will NEVER buy anything from Rlarrlo directly again. Radio Controlled is amazing. Very quick delivery, no messing around. To be honest they’re everything that you would expect and much more.

Brought the rc car not the one I selected colour ect, or handset model, contacted oliver and he ignored my question about the handset and also the battery it's meant to come with. Just said they don't no what colours they have. Well actually it states it on the box so if this is the answer then there just ordering from somewhere else direct when you order through them and there inputting your details. Not the best to be fair, poor communication skills regarding customer service and product isn't as described.

Great service, car arrived fast and really well packaged. Also, I had a little problem....(which turned out to be me doing it wrong) but someone replied the same evening! Will definitely be buying from them again.
