We never received the product. It arrived to Italy, but we were wrongly informed which company was responsible for the delivery. We had to find out by ourselves, and then it was too late: the product went back to you. When we claim the money or redelivery, your employee never answered back.

Bought the amx12 rlaarlo from the above mentioned..... one of the pins from the front left dogbone was missing fresh out of the box. Upon mentioning this is with radio controlled.co.uk I was told it was "manky" as I had the vehicle more than a week and obviously used it...
The only reason I even noticed the issue was due to new tyres/rims being fitted.
Wouldn't recommend this company.....
Virtually none of the vehicles for sale via radio controlled have ANY spare parts which aren't in the US....

My second reply: You keep deleting your reply and changing it. You should just add on so your customers can see how you are replying to me. so if the car is as explained on you sight 'ESC:Splash-waterproof 60A ESC' , so even IF it was wet as your saying and muddy, ( yes it's a very fast car that has to be driven outside), its still faulty!! And you think it's OK to charge for a faulty part clearly. I'm not sure why you feel the need to not help customers with faulty products you have sold. Surely you have warranty from where you have purchased them ? So is this car Not ESC:Splash-waterproof 60A ESC and you are giving your customers false advertisement or is the part faulty as you keep saying it was wet ???? So you should tell customers its Splash-waterproof but we will say water damage isn't covered under warranty?? Your telling me its wet but it's also waterproof??
You could have solved this buy accepting the faulty part back and sending a new one under warranty.

My reply to your comments is that the car was on fire ! Not wet or miss used , there was a clear electrical fault , and it wasn't much of a discounted price for a part that was faulty you literally didn't charge postage. Just want to warn others you don't offer warranty. Shame coz you sell some nice cars. If I could add the pictures on here I would for others to see. Maybe you should trust some customers as not everyone is trying to 'take advantage and return products they have damaged' we generally have a fault with one of your products and we have to replace and repair this.

I'm giving a 1 star as I'm very disappointed with the customer care . I purchased 2 cars, that was not cheap from this man's sight, there lovely cars , but 1 car actually caught on fire on the second use , we have a lot of rc cars and my husband was more than happy to just have a replacement part sent out so the company wouldn't have to send a new car, we was told that even though its a clear fault nothing is covered and we can buy the new part , so basically there's no warranty, so just be prepared if you have a fault you will have to pay out extra to repair a fault .

'Warranty: If there are any problems, please contact our store in time. We will give you a satisfactory solution.'

This is what there warranty states , basically they will tell you how much it will be to fix what ever you need even if it's a fault.

I'm just sad as we didn't want a whole new car we tried to be nice and just ask for the part that blew up , there's no after care or warranty.

I was offered a replacement for the faulty part at my expense of nearly £30 , but obviously I have brought one for £3 more than what radio-controlled.co.uk offered from another supplier and it comes with warranty if its needed. As I'm not taking that chance that radio-controlled.co.uk send me a faulty item and I will have to replace it at my own expense again.

I would urge the company to make their description of the product much clearer for potential buyers. The suitable age and ability for operating each product should be available on the product page so parents can avoid a very expensive mistake .
I purchased a buggy that’s far beyond me or my child to operate and it only became apparent when I complained he had played with it for 10mins before it smashed. Olly told me he would send me an invoice to pay for the replacement parts (that we somehow have to figure out how to do!) and I’m still waiting 4 days later.. Not at all impressed

Their range of Rlllarlo and other Chinese brands is unmatched and there prices are excellent . Excellent communication and fast delivery .

Really fast delivery, I did have slight issue with Royal Mail delivering the parcel wrong, this wasn’t the company’s fault and they have been really helpful submitting a claim for me and again very quickly!

The Car literally arrived late yesterday .. charged it up last night and my little 7 year old just opened I this morning for his birthday. Played for 10 mins around the kitchen and the wheel and surrounding plastic completely snapped off. At £150 I expected so so much more. The companies response was as follows.. “These RC cars are very powerful and should not be used indoors or anywhere they can collide with a wall directly.
Our policies state that we do not cover parts broken due to collision during usage.”
Nowhere is this evident on the product page ..
the plastic components are clearly cheap & weak - not what you expect at that price and if it can’t collide with anything I don’t know any child that could possibly want this to play with .. a complete and utter waste of money please be aware of this before you buy for any child!!! I wish I had known
