Faulty transmitter
Received a wltoys buggy with a faulty transmitter. I contacted Oliver and he posted a replacement as soon as possible with good communication throughout. Thank you for the great product and service! Recommend 👍

Damaged box.
The chap on the phone was very helpful and gave me some good advice but I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the box. This item is a birthday present and looks a little battered. I presume that the seller knew the box wasn’t A1 because the outer box had no damage at all and was packed securely, with care. And £8.99 P&P.

Sorry the box wasn't pristine. Sometimes when the items arrive from china and thr corner of the boxs can be slightly damaged. This is only in rare cases. Our team inspect the goods to ensure the products are in good condition. We hope the product is working fine. Let us know directly for compensation, replacement or repair.
Ps. 8.99 is how much our packaging and postage costs us for the outer box and postage.

Olly was helpful from start to finish. Informing me straight away about my delayed delivery, keeping me informed and went to the length of offering me other, some even higher valued cars to compensate. Prices are competitive and UK stock is a massive plus.
