Good comunication.
First time ordering from radio-controlled.co.uk. The shop had an issue with some of their stock being held by customs and the carrier, thus not being available to ship as advertised. Olly from R-C.co.uk was quick to inform and give updates. Good service, even with the short delay in receiving my order.

Top company
First time using this company and also purchasing an RC for myself. The car was priced well, and being UK based and having the 2 day delivery was a great attraction to use them..the car came within two days in perfect working order and already had hours of fun with it! Highly recommend..as I have done tonl several friends already.

Thanks for your feedback and for agreeing to wait for the product. it is actually unusual that we don't have the products in stock. Normally everything we advertise as in stock is in stock.
Recently we had a big order that we listed a few days before it was due to arrive and then it was stuck in customs for 20 days. We now will only list stock when its here!
You were told that it was delayed and thankyou for agreeing to wait. Others requested a refund and we immediately processed these refunds.
We pride ourselves on clear communications on the rare occasions things go wrong..... But we will avoid causing this issue again!

Hi Ryan, you were notified of the delay and offered a refund immediately after the order was made. This delay was caused by a large order of ours being delayed in customs before getting to us and as a result we have changed the way we list products. We now never list products we don't have in hand. (Previously we listed then 2 days before they were meant to arrive, which in this case tripped us up)
You will be receiving a discount voucher for future purchases.

Product not delivered
My product has not yet been delivered after 14 of purchase. And this despite the promise by the seller that it was going to be delivered in 2 days. What is annoying is that there no way to track it.

Completely agree there has been a delay this time and apologies for that.
You were notified, immediately after purchase, that the product would be delayed. Tracking has been provided and I hope it will be with you soon.
Note to all EU customers that 2 day delivery applies to the UK only. This is clearly stated on the website. Unfortunately since some idiots in the UK voted for brexit there can sometimes be short delayes in EU deliveries. Normally it takes 5 days.
Your delivery is always insured and covered against loss. Unfortunately we don't deliver our goods personally so we can't guarantee delivery every time. Couriers seem to be getting worse!

Fantastic car
Fantastic car. For my 9 year old. High quality components without being crazy expensive. Very robust, very fast. Lots of fun doing massive jumps. Battery lasts well. Etc. thanks radio-controlled

Car took two weeks to arrive
Bought my first rc car with the message being it would take two working days to come. After 4 days I message customer service to recieve the message that the car I brought was out of stock. I then had to swap to another car and it then took a further week for that to be delivered. Not happy

Hi kian,
As we discussed on email the original item was delayed and we offered a free upgrade to a more expensive model.
The replacement item was send out by royal mail 24hr and unfortunately they misplaced it for a short period. We provided good communication of the situation and evidence of posting.
In this situation unfortunately it was out of our hands and all we can do is keep our customers up to date.
Fortunately this very rarely happens.

Trusted seller, dident have what I wanted to get my nephew, so offered me pretty much the same car just a different look, very well priced, great communication, even out of 9-5 hours I was still getting a fairly quick reply, I'll see how the nephew likes his and I might get myself one at these prices

Great service, highly recommended
I bought two cars from Radio-Controlled.co.uk, and was extremely happy with the service. Both cars were despatched very promptly from UK stock, and received within 2 working days - hugely preferential to waiting weeks for the product to arrive from overseas (as is often the case with other retailers). You also get the peace of mind of buying from a local stockist for any after-sales support. They are also helpful and responsive to any customer inquiries. Excellent service, and would happily use again.
