I can unhesitatingly recommend the Radius Connect service. It is exactly what I need at an affordable price. The alarm is simple to operate and gives me confidence - on both sides of the border.

Got device 3 weeks ago and can not get it to work despite several attempts and contact with office. I’ve been told 3 times someone will ring me and I’m still waiting. Not impressed!

My brother had got a watch with alarm from this business,watch came and one strap was hanging off,looked like it had been a returned item...watch not working .and was told engineer would phone ...1 week later still no phonecall,....watch will be sent back

This was an extremely easy process when purchasing the watch monitor for my mother. I had looked at numerous companies, but in the end decided to go with Radius as they were a local NI company which I felt was important should my mother ever need to have the support of the team in the event of a fall or accident. It was a simple order online, and then good email support from David in the team, providing me timely advise as to when I would receive the watch. Item was dispatched the day after ordering, fully loaded with all our personal email and phone numbers (for 4 people), and received with 3 days of ordering. The verification process on receipt was also extremely easy. Gives both my mum and ourselves peace of mind that she has the support 24/7 if she needs it.

Watch received in good time, easy to set up. Tested alert and fall function before gifting to parent, all worked well. Not the prettiest of watches and would benefit from more of the functionality of fitbit or galaxy smartwatches. Offers security for wearer and family but smartwatch is missed.

Please use Royal Mail tracked delivery for something as important as this. The Courier simply threw the package over the garden gate where it lay in the grass until spotted. No attempt to deliver to the door.

Right from the very start when I enquired about purchasing this item I was told exactly what to do to obtain the bleeper, what the payments would be and how to use it. I ordered one and it arrived within 2/3 days of ordering. I am extremely happy with it and it gives peace of mind and if anything happens to me I just have to press the button, which I wear round my neck, and I'm in touch with someone who can help me, especially if you live on your own like I do.you

Arrived quickly with comprehensive instructions to set up. With help from younger generation swapped necklace for wrist strap. Easy to wear and speaker loud enough to hear in most locations of our home.

Ordered item on 6/5/25 with 2 to 3 day delivery. Not only no delivery or updates as to progress of delivery when I contacted radius connector to confirm order was with courier they were unable to verify

Unit arrived as planned. Easy self installation with prompts from the unit. Great response from Julie-Ann when I did first test. All very reassuring. So glad I have got this installed.
