I opened a fuel card with this company many months ago and have had nothing but headaches with them! Firstly, I was misinformed and misold on the product and was not informed of additional charges. Received invoices for £60, £20 etc multiple times and money was taken via direct debit when I had not even activated or used my card! Complained and got a refund and asked for my account to be closed. A few months later I had another invoice and had to ring and ask for a refund and account closure. Was promised it would not happen again. And now a few months later it’s happened again! They’re thief’s and scammers, do not trust a company who operates this way it is extremely unethical and most likely illegal. Save your money and go elsewhere as the customer service is terrible too

Dicono di aver disdetto il contratto telefonicamente e mi accorgo solo dopo 6 mesi per caso controllando il conto corrente che hanno continuato a prelevare una cifra mwnsile. Contattati dicono di non aver mai ricevuto disdetta, la ragazza al telefono disse di farlo lei direttamente. Se questa è la procedura, ingeniosi per l'idea.

We spend over £30K a year with this company and have used their service for years. Only recently, we discovered that we are being charged 30% over pump prices on all transactions!!!!!

I've called several times to ask for an explanation for this total misuse of trust, and none of the management have yet to call back.

The service started well, I have been using it for several months without issue. And spending almost a 1000£ jn a week Using the correct petrol stations resulted in me saving approx 8-10p a litre........awesome. And now they are offering even higher price then tha market. And there service is a piece of rubbish if you have any problem and wants a solutions unfortunately the department will be close and you have wait for call back that can tak upto 3 4 days stay away from this company

However the last payment wasn't taken, and they are claiming that my bank rejected it. I have since checked with my bank, and they say it was never requested.

As a result they them immediately took a £40 missed payment fee along with that fee.......strange how the money was there and not rejected moments later.

So yes, probably saved me about £30-40 over the previous months......but then took it in a different way.

Tried to cancel my account........no option to other than to request a call-back which still hasn't happened 1hr later.

oplichters. blijven maar kosten aantekeningen ge betaald op elke tankbeurt 10€ meer als u domicilie der niet afgaat pakken ze direct 8€ vanu rekening en 20€ herinneringenskosten terwijl dit er had moeten afgaan! ik heb voor een tank waarvoor ik normaal max 65€ betaal vaak 90€ betaald door hun fouten. gevraagd om domicilie af te zeggen omdat dit vaak niet goed verloopt en opeens was hun mail niet meer in gebruikt

Je betaalt altijd meer dan de pompprijs. Begin er dus beter niet aan.
Je zou een korting op de pompprijs krijgen, maar na het aanrekenen van BTW kom je gemakkelijk op 5-10 euro aan extra kosten. Bij navragen krijg je een vage uitleg waarom je meer moet betalen. Kortom: zeker niet de moeite.

Do not use wasn’t made clear of charges was advised that fuel would be less than what the rate is at a discounted rate just to get me involved then when I called regarding charges was advised that they would waver charges but ended up charging more! Then when I called to discuss bill phone was put down and and called back to be left on hold for 30mins. This company also isn’t regulated! DO NOT USE!

This company stole money from my account. They charged me €470!!! euros for 11 kwh which is usually about 4 euros and refuse any contact or callback. They simply refuse any contact after frauding me. This is not a legitimate business but a scam. Do not fall for it.

My experience with the radius group has been terrible. I used radius velocity for fuel cards. I had the fuel cards for several years without noticing that I was being over charged approximately 27p per litre more for fuel (27p more than the @ pump prices). As well as being charged high fees for just having the cards. Upon finding this out, I rang the radius team on the number through my online portal, the first girl seemed very inexperienced and unknowledgeable, she put me on hold for long periods of time to find answer's to a lot of questions i had, however, she seemed willing to help. She took my complaint and said she would get back to me, stating that it may be possible to offer a months refund (on the difference in there price and pump price- which would have been around £160) and correct the pricing. I chased this 4 days later and spoke to a very unhelpful lad called Martin. He said there is nothing he/they can do as my account is owned by Slade fuels (a company I have never heard of or ever dealt with - very confusing). I have tried calling the number provided and there is no answer or response. Radius seems to have many different sections of its company, its very worrying that upon raising a complaint that I have been ignored and refered elsewhere. I will update this review with my genuine experience as time goes on.

When asked about the rates of the charging stations, they indicate that they do not charge a surplus.
When receiving the first invoice, it turns out that they charge a fixed, extremely high rate of 30-125% more expensive than the charging station.

They steal from us customers, they say I have a lower fuel price than what the petrol pump is offering - but when I put £80 in my tank, they charge me £103… bad company shame on them and the staff who mislead and lie to the public

Na mijn kosten onder de loep te hebben genomen erachter gekomen dat ik VEEL meer betaalde dan de pompprijs!
Dit is pure diefstal, beloofde 15ct korting betaalde ik te veel ipv minder!
Geen oplossing geboden terwijl ik gebruiker van +-30.000L/jaar ben.

One of the worse companies ever had the unfortunate time of dealing with. Loads of hidden charges I payed my bills on time everytime and still got slapped with over £260 in charges. Some of these were due to the taking money out of my account by "accident" and then refusing to refund it instead I could have it back as credit.

There app is slow and unreliable and they charge you for the displeasure of using it

100% avoid!

Vanaf week 1 incorrecte facturatie ontvangen waarna wekenlang contact om dit op te lossen. Naast een uiterst onprofessionele en zéér groot gebrek aan klantvriendelijkheid, nooit correcte facturatie ontvangen, noch een antwoord op de door mij gestelde vragen.

Blijven je op de lange baan sturen met beloftes als "we nemen contact op met de bevoegde dienst" of "we contacteren u later opnieuw", om nadien niks meer van zich te laten horen. Tijdens deze telefonische gesprekken zitten de bevoegde werknemers ook telkens in "meetings" waardoor er niet zou kunnen worden doorverbonden. Ook van een beloofde compensatie nooit iets gezien.

Onmiddellijk al onze accounts stopgezet en tankkaarten besteld bij andere leveranciers die wél klantvriendelijk zijn en een goede dienstverlening hebben.

Radius, begin er NIET aan.
